My question is that I have already applied for FSWP 2014 and my processing fees has been charged.
What do I do now ?
What are my options ?

Logically, if what you say were true, then I believe one's nationality (as asked in the General form) would have been enough and the information regarding the Country of Issue (of PP) would not have been required.

Not true. Some countries issue passports to PRs even though those PRs are not nationals of the country.

Can I do like my old exp is 4 years, Can I change the roles and Responsiblity as per 2174 to 2173 and new one as it is as 2174 and apply for 2173 for 4 years alone giving NOC as 2173 which is not my latest job will it be acceptable?

You don't have to use the NOC of your latest job but you do have to be honest. Only apply under 2173 if you actually have experience in 2173.

its frst stage of cnfrmation frm cic thst they hv check your application, found okay n debited your fees.

guys, when it is asking assets , it means my property+ bank account ( 18 000 CAD for 3 of us) ? How can i indicate the price of property?

Give your best estimate. No need to provide detailed valuations at this point, or probably at any point. If you have shown the required amount of settlement funds you are fine. If the local VO wants to know more about your finances they will ask you.

i hope that May's speed of processing files will returned, since i see that lately they are much much slower, regarding processing time between payments charged and PERs. would it be understandable to expect PER within next two weeks? the spreadsheet doesn't seem promising :/

Congrats. But don't expect PER within 2 weeks. There are applicants from May 7 whose fees were charged 5-6 weeks ago who are still waiting for PER.

yesterday my file was received , my issue is that my passport expiry date is on march 2015, will it be a problem ?

coz maybe if they are gonna send my accepted visa next year it will be after my passport expires ,

does anyone understood me ?

No problem, at some point you will update your passport info with your local VO.
