Here are the documents i have attached for DOB proof:

i. Secondary School leaving Certificate - Where my 10th class marks printed
ii. Higher Secondary Course Certificate - Where my 12th class marks printed
iii. Marriage Certificate
iv. Passport
v. Voter's Card issued by Indian Government
vi. Cover letter

My Parents names are NOT PRINTED in my both (i) and (ii) but available in my Marriage Certificate and Passport. ONLY my father's name is printed in Voter's ID.

I am not sure these may be applicable for the applicants whose DOB is on and After 1980(Per some forums and friend's suggestions). Hence, those applicants may need to get affidavits or so which i am not much aware of.

@ Katvees , .... Dear i have my BC and sent my birth certificate to cic but i didn't send my spouse BC, bcoz don't have same.
So i sent her 10th Marksheet (having DOB) and passport attested.

I have total 7.5 yr exp in IT and I think they consider 1 year of your total exp. in the NOC category that you apply... so this Job duty letter that they rejected was from my Ist Company there were 2 more and no review report on them..

I actually applied last year as well but Cap reached to 300 and that time i applied on NOC 2147.. Computer Engineer and this option is gone now. So as per my Consulants they advised me to change my NOC as it was fitting in this profile of NOC 2281

My ecas has not been updated...
Nd i have submit my bc which doesn't have my name on it but i do submitted my sec school certificate along with...
Additionally i have send an affidavit as a proof of birth certificate which was received on 4 th july...

I will update my spreadsheet later...

Its True that 2281 is the closest to 2147.

It however depends upon how many points you needed from from work exp (including eligible and non-eligible NOCs) and how much did you actually score.

Also - Have they clearly indicated that its your current exp. (if i understand correctly) that they have rejected ?

Hey Guys,

My CC charged, just g t message and I have updated the sheet too. (NOC CODE 1111)

Please tell me the next step and when will be the suitable time to apply for PCC. As I have not sent the same.

Further, i need to inform to local visa also for updates as I have resigned from current job and Had shown Provident Fund as POF which is withdrawn by now. SO, when I should inform these two things to Local VIsa office.

At last, Will be grateful for seniors and other fellas who holds lot of patience and discussed each query in detail.

As far as I know - CIC is only 'known' to have accepted SSC/HSC Mark Sheets containing details regarding your DOB and Parents name along with a Sworn Affidavit for the same OR a Sworn Affidavit alone with your DOB and Parents name.

They do not accept any other document such as Passport or Marriage Certificates as a valid proof of birth.

This is what has been told to us by many members in the past and this is what was suggested by other seniors as well.

I file Got Rejected stating Incomplete.. Please let me know whether I can apply now for 2174 again.

What are the things I have change in my application apart from the below one..

1. New DD
2. New Form change
3. Whether I need to make Bank Certificate again, becz I have taken this on May 2nd?
4. Whether I need to Take Bank Statement again ?

You're 12th May but already got your file back? That's fast. Can you please post the reason for your rejection as per the letter from CIC accompanying your packet?

I think if you correct your errors, update your forms and get a new DD you should be ready to go. Do it quickly.

I applied for PR Application again in May 2014 to much of my surprise it was 1000 this time as you all know. But I am quite shattered today that I have got my entire Docs back again (I know this could just be the beginning.)

My application was sent to Canada for PR last year in Oct 7, 2013
Returned on Jan 15th 2014, as the Cap reached to 300 I applied for "2147 - Computer Engineer"

Application sent: May 6th, 2014
Application Received in CA, Sydney NS May 12th, 2014
Application Docs returned and received today 30th July, 2014 as Incomplete Application– Regulation (R) 10 of IRPA
Applied with NOC 2281 Computer network technicians this time as 2173 was changed

I have seen people complaining about various reasons but here is what I have to say. I applied on 2281 Computer network technicians. I have total 7.5 years of IT exp. And the Job Duties letters attached are as per the NOC JD requirements. However, I have got the denial as the first JOB duties performed are not matching with NOC 2281. To be honest, I am confused that this is not true....
I had worked in my 1st MNC for 2.5 years and that again was relevant
Then I worked for 4 years in other MNC (No Comments on this being relevant or not?)
Currently working in 3rd MNC from last 1 year (No Comments on this being relevant or not?)

Anyways the point is now I have to resend my application again with edited Duties as per NOC and what will be the next outcome. I need to know if anyone has been through the same situation before.

Please enlighten me as I am desperate.

I am sorry about your application being returned even though to be honest I don't completely understand which NOC job duties they found incomplete. ...but I am assuming that there was no fees encashment on your application right?

If that is the case then this is another example of incomplete apps due to job mismatch being returned with no encashment. ..

I haven't include Supplementary Travels as I felts that I have changed my passport and new passport is not having any onsite travel...

Guys.. please answer my question whether I can send package now for 2174?

Of course you can send a new one, juts do it ASAP. And include the travels form. It's mandatory no matter how many passports you've had.
