I applied for PR Application again in May 2014 to much of my surprise it was 1000 this time as you all know. But I am quite shattered today that I have got my entire Docs back again (I know this could just be the beginning.)

My application was sent to Canada for PR last year in Oct 7, 2013
Returned on Jan 15th 2014, as the Cap reached to 300 I applied for "2147 - Computer Engineer"

then again

Application sent: May 6th, 2014
Application Received in CA, Sydney NS May 12th, 2014
Application Docs returned and received today 30th July, 2014 as Incomplete Application– Regulation (R) 10 of IRPA
Applied with NOC 2281 Computer network technicians this time as 2173 was changed

I have seen people complaining about various reasons but here is what I have to say. I applied on 2281 Computer network technicians. I have total 7.5 years of IT exp. And the Job Duties letters attached are as per the NOC JD requirements. However, I have got the denial as the first JOB duties performed are not matching with NOC 2281. To be honest, I am confused that this is not true....
I had worked in my 1st MNC for 2.5 years and that again was relevant
Then I worked for 4 years in other MNC (No Comments on this being relevant or not?)
Currently working in 3rd MNC from last 1 year (No Comments on this being relevant or not?)

Anyways the point is now I have to resend my application again with edited Duties as per NOC and what will be the next outcome. I need to know if anyone has been through the same situation before.

Please enlighten me as I am desperate.

You stated that your application was this time returned as it was incomplete - what was missing?

Thanks Katvees :)

Yes, I had sent Spouse's 10th Class credentials. Only thing is that the 10th certificate should contain applicant's Father's Name as well other than DOB.
thanks rohit :)

[size=9pt] That reminds me that I have not seen dear harka and tknova lately! I feel some other regular guys are missing off late! Partner Shah including!

Basically the following are the admins:

1. Ashif_eee (everybody knows it)
2. Dmitrych (spreadsheet genius)
3. Kollins
4. Wael.ot
5. Can2174
6. Century

And, it was also assumed, forumites themselves, update the spreadsheet - but for many cases, it is not happening. The pain is, if I missed 1 day, need to go back and check from where I left last. ??? ??? ???

For DOB, it was the 10th class certificate. The marksheet doesn't have Date of Birth on it.
10th Marksheet contain DOB for CBSE and Haryana Board

You are still okay with NOC 2281. So do not take this hard.

However, take it a little more cautiously this time.

I believe your Job Duties or something along the lines let you down.

Can you please share the ref. letters that you had submitted for us to analyse?
