It could go either ways, so I'd say let's remain positive for now. Don't know what to suggest since you just sent the application on Jul 16th. Which NOC is it for?

Actually i already tried everything, i called the immigration call center, the answer i got is that i cannot send another application, i cannot cancel my application, i cannot send another mail with the additional information. i have to wait for 8-10 weeks until my application is processed, then i will know the answer, so it seems to me that this application is gonna go dead any way. extremely frustrated. BTW, NOC code is 2133.

Relax. Everything will be OK. My understanding is that CIO is very lenient about children issue. Never heard any rejection due to anything related to children.

My hunch is that they will check your son's chinese name with passport and the form- they are not dumb.

meanwhile, i would suggest send CIO notarized translated copy translation done by certified translator along with the notarized BC copy. Add a cover letter and mention your full name, DoB, passport number, and UCI (if available).

Also request you to get enlisted into the spreadsheet.

actually, i already called CIC call center, i got the answer that currently, there's nothing i can do about it. they say they receive thousands of applications everyday, even though i send another mail with all the information, they can not find my previous application in the file mountain. they have to send my second mail back to me if i do wish to try. so i want to ask, is there anyone here who had ever tried this? i mean to send a second mail with additional files? any successful experiences? if any does, pls let me know, i will give it a shot anyway.

btw, my application is already in the spread sheet last week.

Yes, all the names of me, my wife, and my son are written in Chinese and English in other forms, and the Chinese names are also visible in all our passports.
but according to the Checklist, in the first page, it says, all the documents which are not english/french shall be notarized in english/french, my concern is that my son's birth certificate is both in English and Chinese, but the information added to the birth certificate like names, and addresses are in Chinese only. is this gonna be a reason for rejection? i mean, the immigration officers are highly unlikely to be able to read Chinese names, i'm afraid that they can simply reject the application without even taking a close look at the names.
and regarding this, are they gonna ask me to provide more detailed document? or simply reject with a reject letter which i need to include in my second application?

CIC attempted to charge my CC but the request was declined, now I have resolved the issue. When CIC charge my CC again. Do they attempt just for once or give another chance.

I am a 8th May applicant 2132 applicant and my DD has still not been charged as confirmed by my bank today. I am getting a gut feeling that my application could be rejected because of two reasons:
1. No name mentioned on birth certificate & I have also not submitted my 10th or 12th certificate.
2. Job duties mentioned on experience letter obtained from company just matches 20-30%, which is a big cause of concern for me.

So I am thinking of sending a 2nd application with same birth certificate, 10th & 12th certificates and as my company will not provide me a letter covering majority of duties as mentioned in NOC website, I am thinking of getting a letter from my senior on a plane sheet with duties matching 60-70% with that of NOC 2132, along with his bussiness card, affidavit explaining reason of not getting a experience letter from company, seniors employment proof, my promotion letters, salary slips & Form 16. What do you think guys, should i do this?

And also most importantly WILL THE NOC 2132 CAP BE STILL NOT FILLED? Do I have a chance to be in Cap if I apply agsin..

Buddy I was not named till then, my BC was made just a week after my birth & my parents named me after that.. This case of name not being on BC is quite common.
