As long as he can show CONTINUOUS even part time work equivalent to 1 year of full-time will do (minimum 30 hours a week is considered a full time week for calculation purpose for part-time workers)

one question for all in the forum...
For work experience point are calculated as below:


Experience Maximum 15 points
1 year 9
2-3 years 11
4-5 years 13
6 or more years 15

if u see its 9, 11, 13, 15...all odd distribution....And if u see its distributed between 1 year, 2-3 years, 4-5 years, & 6-6+...

Hence, experience between 1-2 years, 3-4 years & 5-6 years are missing from the list

Does it mean 1-2 years people fetch 10 points, 3-4 years fetch 12 points, 5-6 years fetch 14 points respectively??

This point distribution may make a big difference for people who are looking for qualifying points? Anyonee?[/size][/size][/size][/size][/size]

Guideline says only reddish maple leaf or canadian flag is acceptable; others will be rejected and can cause at least 2-yrs of inadmissible penalty.

BTW, where you gonna ink? ;D ;D ;D

Hi, All, i want to ask a question. hope anyone can answer, cause this is killing me.
I sent my application of FSW on 16th July, but i just realized that in my application, the names on my son's birth certificate are in Chinese only, other information is in both English and Chinese, so i want to ask, regarding this, is there anything i can do? or what are the chances for me to get rejected? is this gonna be considered incomplete application? thanks you very much.

Guys pls confirm 1 thing, is body tattoo a problem at the time of medical or any other issue in permanent tattoo on body?

When u go for medicals u need to tell ur examiner about ur tattoo..They will examine it separately and send report to VO accordingly...

only issue is they are charged Rs 6000 (INR) separately. But of course tattoo is not an issue. Also remember to get the copy of tattoo report and take it along with u when u travel canada.

Just read it in one of the post(few pages back) that WES sends 2 copies of evaluation. IS that TRUE???

I received just one copy of the WES evaluation. Also, does anyone know who long does it takes to get an duplicate copy of WES evaluation??

Yes, I got 2 copies last year. Several folks have reported getting 2 copies here.

I don't think so. They wont even look at this forum as they are not eager to PR for Canada.
