hey, my dear guys, it's just a name, i simply picked it for convenience's sake, hope this doesn't bother anyone here.... ;D
actually it happened once when i was posting something in a discussion forum, one of my friends simply noticed it was me by the user name, because i use the same user name for all the forums.
so this time i'm trying to avoid it.
it seems to me that this name has brought some fun to this forum especially when many guys are under high intension. like me. ;D

I have duties which are common in NOC 2173 and NOC 2174.So which one should i apply for.
And another doubt i have is whats the cap count available for 2173/2174 ? Is it 200 or 1000 for each.

go for 2173 as ppl from last year were ready with app in 2174.
Its hottest of the hot but 2173 is pacing up.

both 2173 n 2174 hv respective quota of 1000 apps.

1st time in my life I have heard it....the reason of issuing birth certificate is to confirm the birth of certain child at certain medical facility with certain name.....u can get birth certificate even after 20 days or 2 months from the hospital....but must be named b4 it is made.....this is really the 1st time I m reading this sci-fi stuff

Dear All,
I am a 8th May applicant 2132 applicant and my DD has still not been charged as confirmed by my bank today. I am getting a gut feeling that my application could be rejected because of two reasons:
1. No name mentioned on birth certificate & I have also not submitted my 10th or 12th certificate.
2. Job duties mentioned on experience letter obtained from company just matches 20-30%, which is a big cause of concern for me.
So I am thinking of sending a 2nd application with same birth certificate, 10th & 12th certificates and as my company will not provide me a letter covering majority of duties as mentioned in NOC website, I am thinking of getting a letter from my senior on a plane sheet with duties matching 60-70% with that of NOC 2132, along with his bussiness card, affidavit explaining reason of not getting a experience letter from company, seniors employment proof, my promotion letters, salary slips & Form 16. What do you think guys, should i do this?
And also most importantly WILL THE NOC 2132 CAP BE STILL NOT FILLED? Do I have a chance to be in Cap if I apply agsin..

Hello Everyone, Just to let you know, I could update my entry on the plan all right! Thanks.

I pray for everyone of you each day, hopping that CIC work their b*tt off so we can get our visas in no time!

I would kindly ask for help in 2 questions:

1) As I was reviewing the IMM0008 as I saw a mistake! . I've enter my ex-wife's name backwards (Family Name And Given Name switched). Does anyone know if that represent a real threat to my application? If so, can I correct in time? (Fee encashed 17th Jul).

2) I'm getting married again (don't say anything, lol ;D ) and I need advice in how to include my wife in the process, should I send her documents as soon as file is transferred or should I wait until they request medical examinations?

Any help would be appreciated. Cheers from Brazil.

As far as I could notice they have separate fields: A field Called "Given Name" and Then a field named "Family Name". What I did was filling Family Name on the Given Name field (cause I didn't had her passport with me and in portuguese It's common to write Given 1st then family names, you know?
