2. After successful entry into the form, you will be redirected to a page. Please click on the "Edit your response"

My bank said me that they will issue

1. Balance statement
2. Balance confirmation letter ( not Bank Certification Letter) The matter is same as Bank certification letter, but the title is Balance Confirmation letter as per their bank standard format. - Is it OK or shall I request them to change the title as Bank certification letter.

any of the title is fine and also in the letter try to make sure that they have mention your balance in CAD also including your native currency.

Hi Bro,
What is your received time? As CC from 9th is getting charged, it is likely possible that DD is also being charged by this week.
I'm also waiting for my DD to be charged. But looking at the 5,6,7 and 8th DD it is likely that we'll have to lil more for our DD to be encashed.
In your case as ur DD is going to be expired, you might need to send another DD as per suggested in the previous posts of this forum.

I am not an expert but just googled to find some of the answers like what IRPA stands for. You need to dig deeper to understand what they want from section 10 there. May I ask why your brother is not here himself, and why he needs your representation? Just curious!

The following seem problem areas:

- original un-translated birth certificate required (in native language) along with the translated BC
- duties not matching with NOC requirements with what is shared for the last 10 years; make sure there is at least 80% match with NOC guide for 1112, whichever half he is claiming for. Just a few very short bullet points won't help. Read the NOC complete sentences and then incorporate similar words / structure, as needed. Don't copy and paste though.
- IRPA refers to Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. You can also find IRPA at http://www.canlii.org/en/ca/laws/stat/sc-2001-c-27/latest/sc-2001-c-27.html

I dont thick that original un-translated birth certificate required.
As per the guidlines
Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:
•the English or French translation; and
•an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
•a certified copy of the original document.

Its regarding my ECA report from WES. I was sent my BCA (Graduation) and MBA (Post Graduation) transcripts for assessment. I got my ECA report for my MBA i.e., for my Post graduation and mentioned as Canadian Equivalency is Master's Degree. But I didn't any report for my BCA

- is WES sending 2 different reports for Graduation and Post Graduation?
- How many point can be calculated for my MBA (Post Graduation), as it is Canadian Equivalence Master's Degree

NOC 2171/2172/2173/2174/2175 are all sub-caps of 217 NOC.So each sub-cap like 2173 has 1000 slots or 217(parent) has 1000 caps ??
Also 2175 NOC is missing in spreadsheet.Can we apply for that NOC ?

Each NOC has 1000 cap. So 2171 has 1000, 2173 has 1000 and so on.

WES gives assessment for the highest degree achieved.

Have you choosen your mode of delivery by standard post, then my advice change to inernational courier. My report completed on June 30th but still not received the packet.

I had to order duplicate report via international courier on July 11,2014 and it reached me in india on July 19,2014.

If this is you situation now, think about when you would be waiting for your completed report by standard post.

THis WES is killing me... I am done with everything was just pending with PCC, POF and the ECA, I got the mail from WES saying the Assesment 's ETA is 11 of Aug.. I wonder why they take so much time.. They should have planned something or increased their staff.. anyway not sure but keeping fingers crossed for NOC 2171 or 2174.

My overall point are 73, hope n pray the WES to getover before the due date.. anyone with any guesses they complete before the date provided?
