They make 3 attempts in total. Now can they get the complete payment in one go? How were you able to resolve?

My CC limit was 1500 USD and bank blocked transaction more then 1000USD. So I had a friend in CC dept and asked him to remove this filter and allow full limit

My CC is also not charged.. 8th may

Brother, chill...one cant predict the way cic works.. even i have faced the same situation. I was charged late even after my buddies were charged but we all sent application at the same time from New Delhi

what does this mean?

I dont thick that original un-translated birth certificate required.
As per the guidlines
Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:
•the English or French translation; and
•an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
•a certified copy of the original document.

Yes you are right....applicants are not meant to submit their original birth certificates for the mere fact that it was not written or printed in English .This is why the option of certified true copy comes into place.
