Yes your application will be accepted even if you apply in december. Its slow moving NOC.

I had sent an email to cic on 5 iune. I got reply yesterday. They said they received my application 7 may. And it is waiting assessment and they will send me reply in due course. My dd is cashed and ecas shows in process!!!!

Last year cap of 300 in Financial Analyst filled in just 20 days. and IT NOC's filled in 28-30 days.

I think it would take at least a month to fill 1112 and similar lines for 2174. I am hoping by now around 300 PERs are ready considering we are on 9th May applicants for both these NOCs. Only that they have not distributed them. So to my understanding these 2NOCs would fill sometime in June applicants, not sure when.

I think it's a fair assumption

Hello Friends. I have a question.

While an application is still at CIC (i.e. awaiting CC/DD charge or awaiting PER) and in this duration if a candidate manages to secure offer of employment in Canada, then:
1. Can the candidate inform CIC and get his application amended to include and consider the offer of employment?
2. And in such cases, where offer of employment in Canada is available or gets secured after PR application is sent, how much time will it take for CIC to process PR.. 1 month, 2 months or more?

Let me know you opinion or web links where I can get more details.

in your own words ?? - Nope

All that matters is your duties should match at least 60% from the given duties on the website.
Obviously not the same sentences but reiterated.

How much time do they give to get the PCC ??? I mean have they mentioned any time limit in their mail, before which u need to submit the PCC ??
