I am planning to apply for FSW 2014 under NOC4011. At present I do not have all the necessary papers. So I have to apply in September (around 2nd week). I am confused about the number of applications already accepted and the probable number of applications in queue. Is there any possibility of my application being accepted if I apply so late?

Yes your application will be accepted even if you apply in december. Its slow moving NOC.

Did you hear anything from NDVP for your medical?? or they just acknowledged the arrival of your app to Delhi??

My HR/Supervisor have taken my Job description from a website which is searchable with key words ,on the other hand it is quite obvious that through keyword 100 of website have same JD's even CIC have taken few line from these websites . my written JD's definitely matches 80% with the duties mentioned on the NOC, my concern is about that HR/Supervisor have not bothered to mention my duties / responsibility in own words accordingly.

Dude, if that is the case then you can type your own duties in word and email them. Ask them to take a print out of that with letterhead and signed. You know the ways it can be done

kindly guide in the economic classes form , I have 5 years experience in same organization and performing the same duties since then ... However I was granted promotion from AVP to VP 3 years back ... Kindly guide do I need to fill 3 years and 2 years experience separately (even though i have the same JD) ...

Hi SMFAHAD,

In Economic class form you have to fill your duties once per NOC. But in reference letter mentioned it separately with adequate support i.e. Pay stubs, promotion letters, contract letters etc.

Thanks. Schedule 3 has 5 columns for jobs under NOC. What should I do to add more jobs if I have worked in more than 5 companies in last 10 years?

You must list each job on your Schedule 3. Each one has a space for an NOC code. Choose the NOC code that best applies.

They have already given my the letter , i asked them the same before but they refused.

Firstly, this is misrepresentation . Your HR supervisor was supposed to mention on the letter, what you do at your occupation, he was not supposed to go online searching for job duties from other websites.

Secondly, CIC will not search online with keywords( They simply don't have the time and resources to carry out such exploration for each application). So you are fine.

You just have to take your mother and father CNIC copies with your CNIC and apply for the Computerized birth certificate to a union council of your area or to the main city district office. They don't even ask for the old hand written certificates. But if you have that certificate with you just take it with you for reference. It is actually not required. I got mine made in the same way 2 weeks back.

I am from Pakistan and i need your help regarding the Birth Certificate. You may know that 20-30 years back there was no concept of Union Councils. So the Birth was used to be registered at Municipal Corporation by providing the Hospital card. For FSW application how would i proceed to get the Union Council computerized Birth Certificate when they don't have our record as the record is under the custody of Municipal corporation and the certificates issued by them are hand written.

BTW CIO does not send any letter to confirm application receipt. They straight away send PER mails or rejection mails.

Just sent an email to CIC for status and noticed that CIC increased the reply time to 30 days from 20 days. Got this info from auto reply email

Pity on CIC. Increased the days of email reply because of their in ability to process applications in time.

10 weeks + 30 days = 14+ weeks

Yes sonya is right, its almost the same process which i mentioned. I went to NADRA office but they said go to your union council they will make it. I directly went to City District Office in Lahore and got it made in Rs.1500 without even the intervention of union council.

You will need to get birth certificate from Nadra. And ur marriage certificate from Nadra as well if u are married. U will need to pay someone from UC office n u will get everything done. Someone here mentioned it will take 4000-6000 per birth certificate from lahore. But i got 4 birtj certificate n my marriage certificate in just 4000rs in karachi.
