In Economic class form you have to fill your duties once per NOC. But in reference letter mentioned it separately with adequate support i.e. Pay stubs, promotion letters, contract letters etc.

Then won't it be misrepresention coz I will be wrting 5 years or more experience as VP (Occupation) however I was VP since only last three years ..

I am planning to submit my file again, what are the chances left for me, if i apply under NOC 2173 or 2174.

Do i need to take a chance or not.

Also, Do i need to make a new DD as it is now valid till 15th Oct 2014.

Dear Seniors,

I am very much Interested to enroll in FSWP in 2014. I am Qualifying under Human Resource Managers and the total points coming are 71 for myself.

Also, I have got my Work experience certificate, IELTES Score Card, PCC also done, WES Evaluation Report. And all these documents are already ready from last month month however, I have not enrolled till now because of following reasons

a) I am married and I don't have the Marriage Certificate, Can I try and apply by showing Marriage Certificate given by Registered Sikh Temple and also I have my husbands name embossed on my Passport. Legal Court Marriage Certificate cant be made right now because of some reason.

b) Secondly, If my husband doesn't enrolls with me, then what reason should we give for his non applying.

c) Lastly, My husbands DOB on Birth Certificate is 08- July-1983, however on all other documents like Class 10th Cert and his Passport its 08- July-1983. So If we show his DOB proof as Class 10 th Certifcate then what reason should be give for non-submission of his Date of Birth proof.

Please help me and suggest if anyone of you have gone through such situation of non having marriage certificate and have been able to qualify.

Last year cap of 300 in Financial Analyst filled in just 20 days. and IT NOC's filled in 28-30 days.

I had sent an email to cic on 5 iune. I got reply yesterday. They said they received my application 7 may. And it is waiting assessment and they will send me reply in due course. My dd is cashed and ecas shows in process!!!!

Thanks for this information. And this means that eligibility review is under process for 7th may applicants and that is the reason PER mails have not started flowing yet.

Hii,

I will address Part C.
Since your BC is not corect you just dump it. Pls check if 10th Cert has :

- His name proper
- His parent's name
- His DoB - already

If all 3 conditions met, then Include 10th Cert as proof of birth, give a Explanation letter that his BC is not available and hence consider 10 th Cert for Proof. 8)

Hi, I called them up yesterday and they politely refused to provide me UCI. Mailing will anyways take some 30 days for a revert from them.... What is your application received date? If its 7th May, then please wait as none of 7th may applicants have received PER yet.

No bro, it won't. They have asked to fill occupation not the designation and VP is a designation. For example in 1112 Financial and investment analysts, your designation could be manager, president or director. But you will still be an analyst.

Should i consider myself in the game as only 19 applications are shown under this category uptill now on cic website.

I just made a small mistake by showing height of my kid as 4 ft instead of 3 ft. Would this impact in anyway and should i need to inform the CIC about this error.

About the mistake, no worries at all. By the time your application is processed, your baby will be 4 ft for sure Kidding..
Yeah no issues at all regarding the height. You can mention it later to VO if required. No need to send any doc specific for this correction to CIC...
