I see in the forum that anyone having a past visa from Canada embassy will have a uci number, is that correct?

If so, I've a active business visa for 6 years, Is there any way to get the uci #. Where can I find it. Please suggest.

I'm a 7th May applicant but not received any e-mail from CIC yet, although my CC was charged one month ago. Do you think it's alright to contact them and ask about my application? because it's more than 10 weeks I sent my application. Does anybody have experience of contacting them recently?

Hi I just noticed this! I have a tourist visa for Canada but I didn't know that it included the UCI number, therefore I didn't put anything in that field on my application, will that be a cause of rejection?

If you didnt mentioned UCI on forms. Then its not a problem. They have all info in their systems. So dont worry.

As per my understanding we need to rprf while landing at Canada. Correct me if am wrong.

RPRF fee should be paid before issuance of visa.

However I was granted promotion from AVP to VP 3 years back ... Kindly guide do I need to fill 3 years and 2 years experience separately (even though i have the same JD) ...

How soon were the caps filled the last time?

Last year cap of 300 in Financial Analyst filled in just 20 days. and IT NOC's filled in 28-30 days.

In this situation , you are safe if your letter meets the below criteria:

1. The duties were not directly copied and pasted from NOC website

2. The duties that were written on the letter are in alignment ( consensus is ideally 60-80%) with the duties mentioned on the NOC website for your intended occupation

My HR/Supervisor have taken my Job description from a website which is searchable with key words ,on the other hand it is quite obvious that through keyword 100 of website have same JD's even CIC have taken few line from these websites . my written JD's definitely matches 80% with the duties mentioned on the NOC, my concern is about that HR/Supervisor have not bothered to mention my duties / responsibility in own words accordingly.

what to say ??
