what happen if my DD is expire b'coz on my DD their is a stamp showing that it valid only for three months

It doesn't mean your friend can't make DD from Nepal. I advise your friend to go to Nepal Investment Bank along with the photocopies of address and required amount. They are very used to on these matter.

Hey friend, Did you send you package to CIC? was there any problem on receiving IELTS 2nd copy?
also for ECA wthat was the procedure?
incase of Bachelor in electronics, do we have to send the IAC transcript or just the marksheet of BE will do it.

the form to be filled by university is it compulsory to put that inside the envelope? or what was your procedure?
 
All Status update:

I just tried to check status of my app using last year's UCI number (which was filled on my app by CIC official when my app was returned due to cap). The status shows "

Applicant: IRANA (using my forum name here instead)
Permanent Residence Application Status: In Process

It also gives my current residential address on the screen (FYI).

Other data which may be helpful for forum members:

NOC Category: 1112
App Sent: May 02, 2014
Received: May 07, 2014
Pmt was Charged: June 23, 2014
Mode of Pmt: Credit Card

Status was non-visible till Thursday, June 26, 2014

Need one suggestion.

My application was received on 4th Jun 2014.
Looking at the increasing exchange rate, I want to send updated Proof of funds document to keep my application on safer side.

I also received my PCC.

Can I send another package to CIC with PCC and updated scheduled 3 form and my updated bank certificate.

sorry to say..if your dd got expired before encashment.
then your application will be rejected.

cic asked fr dd with 6 months validity
 
No updated pof isnt required as cic considers the exchange rate with the received date.
pcc one needs to send when asked by local vo

U just relax n pray for urself n for us too.

My boss and HR are unwilling to provide the reference letter. Does reference letter from Head of another department in my company will suffice ?

This will be risky if background check will be done by local VO. My suggestion, explain your case in a self affidavit and provide your job description and supporting documents to prove that you are not able to get the reference letters from your HR or supervisor.
Supporting documents to claim your work experience, work contract, pay slips, tax slips, Certificate of Employment(Generic), Letter or email or any proof that you've tried to get the required reference letter but your are not able to.
 
Does CIC read job and responsibilities from Schedule 3 or the reference letters only. Because schedule 3 has only 4 rows a hardly any space to write.
 
How can you get another copy of your IELTS TRF from IDP India? I am thinking of sending a fresh set and don't have the original IELTS as the same was sent across with my original application.

CIC reads your proof or document which is the actual reference letters. From the form you can select 3-4 lines from your reference letters. The actual document matters most.

Is your POF that wrongly calculated that you are thinking of updating?
That's why i always advice applicants to show evidences of POF that is like 10% above your family size POF to take care of currency fluctuations.
CIC officials have histories of currency fluctuations with date......you are3I'll be fine.
Your PCC can be sent later when your local visas office ask for it.

Guys,

I have contacted IDP for a second copy of my IELTS score card.
I was told that they gonna issue only if I provide them with a proof of communication with CIC.

I havent filed my application yet as I am waiting for my ECA report from WES. Is it really mandatory to have 2 copies of IELTS score cards at the time of filing the application ?

Kindly guide me in this regard.
