Hello All,

Some more queries what would be the probability of making into the CAP (NOC 2171) if i send the complete package once again by third week of July.

Also if i send one more application package would be it considered duplicate and will be rejected? how do handle this situation.

How do i get another ECA report and how much time does it take to get it? I am loosing sleep over these things please help/comment/suggest.

A-assets
B-liabilities
C-settlements funds
If I have a house what should that be settlements or assets ?
And if I have money in bank account in which section it should be?

I have required funds in the banks but large some of the amount was collected this month. I am planning to keep the funds but I may withdraw some for my personal use and again fill that amount. This is also my Salary account

I worried to give a 6 month statement , Should I give a 6 month statement or can I give bank certificate.

Is there any chance of getting rejected

Assets: liquid and non-liquid funds = value of the house + money in bank account
Settlement funds: only liquid fund = money in bank account only

A bank certification is sufficient at this time. You might be asked to provide 6 month statement at a later point, so it's a good idea to be prepared for that.

Sending 6 month bank statement at this point is your choice. But if you are worried about the nature and number of transactions, then it's good not to send them.

CIC received way more applications on May 7th than in any other days, hence it is still stuck on that day. Wait patiently, your turn will surely come one day.

Anyone know about the process of online verification of ECA report at cio. My eca report was WES basic done in 2013 aug. I send this report along with my PR application. It has reached at CIO on 5th may 2014. on 15th july i received a e-mail from wes.

The content of said mail was "In order for Citizenship and Immigration Canada to process your application, they will need to review your evaluation report through using WES's online service. In order to allow CIC to access this service, you will need to order a duplicate report and select CIC as a recipient of your WES evaluation report." But i have not received any communication from cic about this.

I have remitted CAD 84.75 for wes fswp duplicate report and it has dispatched on 27/6/14. One copy for me and one is electronically viewable for CIC.

I have not received PER yet and I suspect due to this issue my PER is getting delayed. Now my report is electronically viewable but how cic come to know current position of my ECA report. Anyone can clear my doubt.

I have last year UCI. ECAS status is "We received your application for Permanent Residence on 5/5/2014.There will be any problem if I send mail to CIC regarding current status my ECA report with WES.

I expect valuable comments from forum members who are experienced with this kind of problems.

Firstly, I should say kudos to all the contributors for providing valuable info,suggestions and guidance to new members like me. This forum is very active, live and am very much happy to be part of this forum.

Few doubts are running in my mind for past couple of days. Am putting those in this forum to get clarified.

I have nearly 8 yrs of I.T Exp and am planning to apply FSW 2014 under NOC(2174).As per the CIC am eligible to get 15 points for my experience. Am currently working on my 4th company,my current employer is not willing to provide reference letter due to HR policy,but my previous 3 employers are ready to give the reference letter. Following is break up of my work experience.

Company Tenure
Company 1 - 1 Year
Company 2 - 15 months
Company 3 - 8 Months
Current Company - 5 Years


I have nearly 3 years of total experience in other companies apart from the current company. Along with application package am planning to send my current employer offer letter,promotion letter ,package revision letter and pay slips for past couple of months to compensate for not furnishing current employer reference letter.

Here is my question:

In my case, Even if am not able to produce current employer reference letter Could you please let me know still I get experience points 15 (or)
Is there any chances of points getting reduced to 11 considering only 3 years of experience(which has reference letter) ?

Any predictions for applications received by CIC in the week of May 12th. Going by the trend, it looks like May 7th is gonna take this whole week. May 8th and 9th may take the whole of July.

The approximate dates predicted by dmitryich on his charts look more or less accurate.

I had applied through IDP, Bangalore and had requested for an additional copy. I received it in exactly two weeks time.

I got the additional copy of IELTS in 7 days with the payment option of 1250. This is the fastest option for getting result soon.
