Which bank is your's? I can see in the spreadsheet that encashment happend on 5-Sep.. then how this declining happened today?

american express, they tryed to. Charged yesterday and today... lets wait and see. I am agree even though i ask the bank same day beofre the first attemp they declined it

Gandalf / luqi - My application was received in Sydney, Nova Scotia for NOC 2174 on 3rd June 2013. This was when the CAP only said 33... I still haven't heard anything about my application. I have sent an email but had no reply. Any ideas?

i guess you still have a chance if you havent heard. fingers crossed. dont loose your hope. you will get it

thanks luqi for motivation i really appreciate but i think now the cap has filled 2 weeks back but i applied in june . At the end of june they recieve only 35 application what you think my application will be in the cap

Have you email or called CIC for any update? try calling them and see what they can tell you. But otherwise, I guess we just have to keep waiting. I hope to hear something end of this month at least, even if it is a rejection, at least I know.

3rd june, i believe you have a chance. thats what my observation and knowledge says. you cannot predict anything here. CIC works in a very different way. if you have luck and Almighty God wants, no one can stop your application for being processed. and if unfortunately you do not go through the cap or your file is returned dont worry, 2014 is not that far away. it,s september, October, November..........and again may 2014. you will be then very ready to file your application. time lapses by so quickly. dont be worry

To know the status of your application by calling cic from outside canada
dial - 0016139444000
select 1 for English
then 1 for foreign affair
2 for immigration
call is being transferred to cic
then 1 for English
2 for status
1 for PR
8 digit client id number will be asked
listen the request 3 times without entering client id number

remember they might tell you we dont have access to the system, you should call them 1 more day, if they says again try it again. tell them i have an application in progress and i want to know the client ID number. i did the same and it worked.
