Hi,

I have applied PR under NOC 2174, my application reached SYDNEY, NY on August 27th, but by that time the cap reached 300.
So can any one tell me what happens to my application ? do i get the documents back ?
Some people say, the application may be kept in waiting status and will be used for next year quota.. Is this all correct ? .. form past instances can some body reply me..

Contacting CIC would be of no help. Get in touch with ur bank as soon as possible and intimate ur bank abt transaction and merchant name.
Ask from them reason for decline in transaction. CIC may try again in next few hours.

It will take 20 working days (28 days including weekends) to hear back from CIC. When did you email them? they normally do reply on the 20th day (I have emailed them twice and both times they've responded on the 20th day)

I sent them an email on the 27th August (last week). I have no tracking number yet, I tried calling them yesterday as per someones suggestion on the forum and this was a waste of time! I guess no news is good news ;D Have you heard back on your application?

Dony send email call cic as email will take time and till tjan they may send back
Also inform bank do not declined if they attempt again as they may try again

Which bank is your's? I can see in the spreadsheet that encashment happend on 5-Sep.. then how this declining happened today?

Ur CC has already been charged on 5th Sep 2013 as per spreadsheet.
CIC might not be able to provide u d exact reason. U should contact ur bank to know d exact reason.

NDVO has sent email to 21st may applicants.. seems monday is my day ..lol

i got official PER email.. they replied to this email which i sent on 8th and i got PER on 9th
