hello all forum member.....i am 17 may applicant under 3142 noc

i came to know by calling cic call center....dat my application has been returned on july 15 ....stii did not get the application package......

they also told me the reason for returning.....
....they said ......supplimentary information travel form missing ......there was no birth certificate included.....there was also no seconadary school record included...

among all three i think only i can agree to the travel form that i have not attached as per my consulatant advise ...bt other two are out of my mind...

k anywas waiting for my package ....hope it wiil come soon.....

my hearties congrates to all who receive PER and CC CHARGE...

Hi,

I am Dipesh Virani, i had posted my courier to CIO with all the documents and demand draft of Canadian $550 on 19th and it has reached today 22/08/2013 in Arrived at Sort Facility CINCINNATI HUB - USA CINCINNATI HUB, OH - USA 03:13.

I need to know if my application will be considered for 300 capsize for occupation code 1112, as the capsize has reached 300 limit yesterday.

I am applying through Y-axis and they said they had done my evaluation with Canada on 16th August which they call it as petition.

I am very much concerned if my application will be considered or refused. Can anyone let me know how the capsize works and will my application be considered.

Unfortunately your application will be returned back to you within 2 months as the cap is reached for your noc 1112 .

so far, what we've seen on this forum, ones who get their CC cashed are going to get their PER for sure, is that right?

No need to panic. You can apply again by attaching the missed documents. As there is not much rush in your noc

Don't trust on all this... this is fake
don't share any of ur details....
they will misuse ur important data

This is not a fake site brother. My friends who had applied for FSW from 2008 till date have used this service for some fee of 40 dollar approx.
They have got all the details about their file and what work is going on in their application.

They suggested me this site to check if they can provide details of my application if i have only UCI number with me. I am awaiting their reply and if they say yes then i will register to get the details.

Hi Dipesh,

Sorry to say your application will be returned back.People those who have applied in May end or June or not sure whether they will fit in the cap of 300.

You should have checked with your consultant before sending the same & these consultants want to make money

i have another question... since on the cic site they say they will accept 300 apps per occupation, and no more than 5.000 total, what is the criteria? since there are 24 occupations they are accepting, and 24*300 equals 7.200, what's the deal?

I am sorry to say that your application will not be in the cap as it has not yet reached CIC and they have already announced that the cap for 1112 has been filled up.

Sorry deepesh but i must disclose the truth abt u axis to you.
Deepesh y axis is fraud immigration consultant i have personally experienced it during student visa application to canada.
They huge no. of consumer complaints against them. They simply doesnt have basic information regarding visa process. They assaign you personal application manager from there head office. Once u have sent ur application, he will stop replying to ur call
Or emails. Better to forget abt refund of ur y-axis consultation fees. U will have to wait next 6 months for that and it wont be more than 3000Rs.
