For example take 1112 the cap of 300 had reached yesterday and if there are 200 pending applications. they are not counted as 300+200=500. they come under 300 count only.

Yes they accept only 5000 applications even though 24*300=7200. some noc dont even fill for ages. even 5000 takes lot of time to get filled............ :) :)

No need to panic. You can apply again by attaching the missed documents. As there is not much rush in your noc
