Hi Guys,

CRS 327 point lang. anong dapat kong gawin? help me please.
Wait next year for the other PNPs without job offer to open. Ontario is the only one currently open that doesn't need a job offer but as prcand said, you need at least 400 points and to be invited. Look out for Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick. But these either have in-demand NOCs or require EOIs. If you have ties in Manitoba, you can also join that one.
Or apply for Quebec Skilled Worker which opens next week, but this is outside Express Entry and PNPs.

COE pwedeng luma pag sa old companies, unless clearly indicated ang JD dun which almost matches the JD specified by CIC.

Proof of funds - generally at least 6 months. But if you can prove that the money is yours from acceptable sources and without restrictions then ok na hindi pero dapat matibay proof mo na hindi lang basta pinatulog o pinahiram. For instance, binenta mo lupa mo so ppasok agad sa bank acct mo, then attach the proof of sale.

NBI only. Unless you work abroad for at least 6 months then you have to get one for that country (plus work visa or PR card)

Marriage and birth certificates

Softcopy photo IDs (with CIC photospec)

Passport biopages plus travel history stamps (may iba rejected dahil di nalagay)

For proof of funds:

PNP Nomination Letter (tama ba? fsw applicant ako)

Proof of relationship (to relative) - PR Card or canadian Passport, SIN Card, Tax returns, proof of address like lease contract or utilities billing, COe

By Credit Card lang ba ang way sa pagbabayad ng EE processing fees?

As far as I know sa EE system, yes and pwede namang ibang tao ang nagbayad

^ I would imagine it’s also possible to use a prepaid credit card or debit Mastercard/Visa if no one wants to lend you their credit card for 40k. :)

Pare, if CIC mailed that probably it will be PPR for sure. If it is rejection CIC will not bother mail it thru courier. They will rejected you emailed right away. Don't worry you will receive your PPR soon. Just keep the faith.

the mighty hands of GOD, that HE may exalt
you in due time.

Thanks for this information. Ask ko lang, Halimbawa eh ok na lahat like meron ka ng PR VISA.

1. Up to ilan years valid yun?
2. After receiving the visa, ilan months ang palugit nila bago pumunta sa Canada? Like dapat within 6 months nasa Canada na? May ganun ba parang initial entry requirement?
3. Ilan years ang need mo mag stay sa Canada with work para mag apply for CITIZEN?
4. Halimbawa nag expire yung PR after x years, tapos di kapa citizen, uwe kaba ng Pinas o pwede ba mag apply/renew ulit? May nabasa kasi ako na dapat 2 years nasa Canada para valid for re-new

Pa post na din po ng link sa CIC kung nandoon. Thank you ;)

have you checked Mycic? some gets it through personal email while others through MyCIC

i dont have access to mycic, i hired a consultant here in alberta. the call centre agent told me that the mail was sent to my consultant. not even my consultant was aware of it as i was the one who called the call centre. i hope and pray that the mail would be a positive one.

For the passport, yun lang pong may bio at yung may stamps lang ba ang kelangan isama? Not all pages?

For PNP, saan po kayo nag-upload ng nomination letter?

Hello Seniors,

For work experience kelangan ba permanent? I have 4years contractual full time experience sa primary NOC ko sayang naman kung hindI counted.

Pasend nalang din ng cic reference if this is stated anywhere as a requirement. So far nakita ko lang no. Of hours ang required kahit ata part time work pwede as long as equivalent sa hours na yun?

Thanks

1. Based sa Google images na nakita ko, mga 3-4 months.
2. Basically you need to land within 1 year of the medical request.
3. 4 years.
4. I don't think naman kailangang umuwi ng Pilipinas if you kept your valid PR status; you're still a PR if you meet the 720 days within 5 years, but you just can't apply for citizenship yet (which takes 4 years).

Oo, total hours worked lang ang titignan. So even accumulated part-time would have counted.
