Hi Everyone - I need help for a document.... I recently got married in India and My spouse do not have Birth Certificate. She tried to get from the place of birth but not able to get it. Is there any alternative document I can submit.

The IRCC websites states the following on one of the pages:
You should apply for a certified copy of your birth certificate if you don’t have one.
If you can’t get a birth certificate from your birth country, you can give an equivalent document from that country along with a letter explaining why your birth certificate isn’t available.

What does it mean that eligibility is passed? Should we expect Sponsor approval soon? It's only passed on the tracker, my GCKey still says In process.
My tracker also says that I need to pay biometrics but I still received the BIL, so idk if I should trust it haha. Thanks in advance!
Hi, do you know how long is the OWP valid till? And what are the next steps after sponsor approval that you are expecting?
My OWP was awarded for 2 years. I think it's valid until then or until I get a decision on my PR Application, but I'm not 100% sure.
And I guess after sponsor and PA approval the next steps would be background check + Biometric and medicals passed. But I haven't received the eligibility approval. It only says completed.

Law Partner in Canada Class.
It has been determined that you meet the eligibility requirements to apply for permanent residence
as a member of the spouse or common-law partner in Canada class. Please note that a final
decision will not be made until all remaining requirements for becoming a permanent resident
have been met. These requirements include medical, security and background checks for you
and, if applicable, all of your family members, both in Canada and abroad, even if they are not
applying to join you in Canada at this time. You cannot become a permanent resident until you
and all your family members have met these requirements.
Anyone know what does it means? It doesn't look like I need to do anything but want to know this means I am almost there?
I've got medical, biometrics, eligibility passed, and a pre-arrival letter.

This means te Principal Applicant has received Approval In Principle! I guess now there's only background check to wait for
Oh wow!! Actually right after I received that, my partner got sponsor approval too! So I guess now only background check is left. Thank you!!

Plus my wife does have a CSQ from a previous outland application before coming to Canada, will the CSQ be used or we have
to apply for another one?
