You have very similar timeline to mine.

Sponsor: PR
PA: Korean, inland, PGWP, no dependents
Submitted: February 7th, 2024
AOR: February 27th, 2024
Medical Request: March 9th, 2024
Biometrics Request: March 13, 2024
Eligibility completed on tracker: March 20, 2024
Pre-Arrival Letter: March 21, 2024

I was surprised and couldn't believe it is going so quickly. But seeing you have almost the same timeline made me believe this is really happening!
Also, I thought Pre-arrival letter is after Background completed, but might be not. or our background check is done just not updated?
Anyway! I feel like it could be done in May feel so relief!
Congratulations.im happy for you.

Hello,
The IRCC websites states the following on one of the pages:
You should apply for a certified copy of your birth certificate if you don’t have one.

If you can’t get a birth certificate from your birth country, you can give an equivalent document from that country along with a letter explaining why your birth certificate isn’t available.

Also, this page gives a generic solution if you do not have a mandatory document:https://ircc.canada.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1323&top=4

Hope this helps.

What does it mean that eligibility is passed? Should we expect Sponsor approval soon? It's only passed on the tracker, my GCKey still says In process.
My tracker also says that I need to pay biometrics but I still received the BIL, so idk if I should trust it haha. Thanks in advance!

My OWP was awarded for 2 years. I think it's valid until then or until I get a decision on my PR Application, but I'm not 100% sure.
And I guess after sponsor and PA approval the next steps would be background check + Biometric and medicals passed. But I haven't received the eligibility approval. It only says completed.

Going for my medical this week, so all that's left on my application are that, SA (which I'm surprised didn't come today), and background check. Also learned today that my VO is Mississauga.

Hi,

I got a letter from IRCC starting with:

This refers to the Application for Permanent Residence you made under the Spouse or Common-
Law Partner in Canada Class.

It has been determined that you meet the eligibility requirements to apply for permanent residence
as a member of the spouse or common-law partner in Canada class. Please note that a final
decision will not be made until all remaining requirements for becoming a permanent resident
have been met. These requirements include medical, security and background checks for you
and, if applicable, all of your family members, both in Canada and abroad, even if they are not
applying to join you in Canada at this time. You cannot become a permanent resident until you
and all your family members have met these requirements.

Anyone know what does it means? It doesn't look like I need to do anything but want to know this means I am almost there?

I've got medical, biometrics, eligibility passed, and a pre-arrival letter.

Thanks in advance!

Sorry to burst into the February section. I reside in Montreal this is the sponsorship of my spouse timeline:
Application received: 11 Jan 2024
AOR received: 16th Jan 2024
BIL request/Upload: 19th Feb 2024/21st Feb 2024 Marked completed
Medical extended till March 2025 and marked completed
SA approval/CSQ application...........................SILENCE..................................

Please do anyone know why we dont have sponsor approval till now and also to approach Quebec and apply for CSQ.
Plus my wife does have a CSQ from a previous outland application before coming to Canada, will the CSQ be used or we have
to apply for another one?

I feel like since BG check changed from not applicable to processing on GCKey it either means there will be a final decision soon or it’s an eternal wait from here. Probably the latter
