Also, for others who are looking to change to eCertificate from Paper Citizen Certificate:
I sent an 'Request to change to eCertificate' email to the email id provided in the pdf of Oath Ceremony instructions, with all my details and explaining why I am requesting the change (employment based travel - need eCertificate to process Passport quickly).

Within 4 four hours, they approved by request by sending an email confirmation. And now I will be given eCertificate after Oath ceremony. In my case recipient email was: <WST-CitizenshipClient-Notification@cic.gc.ca

Per the official instructions provided, 2-5 days.
But I read in this thread, someone was able to downalod the eCertificate with an hour so.

Still wondering how you can identify office which processes your application as my acknowledgement came from Sydney office but i understand that is centralized processing centre.

True. It looks like they do share the burden between the Sydney office and the local visa processing office. But looking at how quickly Mississauga applicants had their LPP done while Scarborough and Niagara applicants are still waiting makes me think, the local officers also have some say in it. It's my assumption based on my observation and maybe biased or not factual.

my application is stuck no updates after criminality passed since 5th May. Can i do something?

I am also getting anxious! no update after 5th May! It's like someone is sleeping on my file. Had a conversation with an agent over the phone. She was exactly repeating the things which are showing in my tracker profile.
