Our status is now Background check in progress, is after this PPR? Our VO is in Ottawa.

Most likely DM on ECAS on the PA side, and then PPR after that.

That's because Ottawa doesn't actually send out an AOR2 e-mail.

that might be why I haven't gotten my AOR2 email......

BUT wouldn't me ECAS still show a third line?
cause it still doesn't.

Then what about the people who sent it with their application?

Hey Mason,
I sent the PCC and Schedule A form with the application as well. However, my husband didn't sign the form manually but just typed in his name (that's what the form said). That is probably why they only asked for the completed and signed Schedule A form. So Unless the PA didn't sign the form manually in your case, they probably won't ask for it again:)

Just to clarify I received an email from CIC saying that I got approved as a sponsor and that I will need to submit the completed and signed Schedule A form...until then they'll keep my application at the CIC Mississauga awaiting for that form. THat's why I'm really worried...whether they received the form or not becuz they won't send it the visa office until then.

Schedule A doesnt need to have hand written name and hand signature if its being uploaded through myCIC digitally. After the upload they make you do a declaration by typing your name which is considered as a digital signature.

I sent it through web form, thats why it was printed, hand written signed, and scanned

Hi, yes my husband's Schedule A was hand written signed, but for his PCC we only scanned it and sent it through IRCC web form. Thats their instruction from the email.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I just went back and checked the email we received for my spouses SA. It didn't say anything about sending in more documents..
Maybe I should call.

Do you guys think our since our batch is having the same problem about the Electronic system. I think it is a technical difficulties from their side. IRCC must fix it. Unless we will all be delayed. Is there anyone who knows an applicant who send their application in March batch having the same problem too? I think it is about the load. The amount of applicants that were needed to be processed.

Any updates to those who have send their IMM Schedule A via Webform? As for my application there is no update yet... Hopefully next week.

Anna

When you go on ECAS (https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do)
Log in with UCI for the PA and their details
If you see a 3rd line in the details like 'We started processing your application on MONTH DAY 2017', this is like receiving AOR2

Cheers

hi, will this be under the PA's info or sponsor.

for me as sponsor, I have three lines:

1.We received your application to sponsor ***** on March 7, 2017.
2.We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 18, 2017.
3.We started processing your application on March 17, 2017.

for PA he only has two lines:

1.We received your application for permanent residence on March 7, 2017.
2.We sent you correspondence on March 18, 2017. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested

It takes time. It took 42 days for me to show 3rd line.

42 days after sending the Schedule A? And then that's the only time they will process the papers for the PA? Or AOR2?

depends on where you sent it out.
I've been told that MyCIC showing "Application in progress" is also like AOR2.. but that could be wrong.
even though ECAS doesn't show 3rd line.
---- and i sent my Schedule A in with my application.
