Yeah. But how can we response quickly if we can't get their corespondence. Good thing I called. The lady told us that they have sent a correspondence last march 15th and our deadline is April 28. We submitted Seched A last Apr 5. Everyday me and my husband checks our mails, ECAs and MyCiC account hoping there will be some good news.

i know right .. i also waited one month and talked to those agents so many times ..but they saved me by giving the information about the deadline n all . also i made the mistake by uploading the document under technical issue ..but then one agent advised it will not be attached if its not under the proper catagory which is sponsorship ..then i uploaded right way nd got our file transffered .. . hopefully u will get your soon ..

Yeah! Talking to those agents was a big help. At least we see what's going on. They can see the situation of our files which we cannot see because of some electronic errors. Hopefully in the next two weeks we will hear something from them... After it was transfered what will happen next?

After transffer they will ask the medical as i did not provide that .. so waiting for that ..

I have a question to them who has uploaded documents throu8gh mycic account .. so after the file got transfered will the "in process" status show in the mycic too ..? like will mycic show something acknowledging that application in process or has been transffered .. coz i uploaded through online account and file got trnsfrd but i dont see any change in mycic ..it only shows that documents provided ..

Oh, my husband include it in his application. We are not sure if they will still ask for a remedical because it was done last December 13. Hopefully they will not ask because it cost so much...

I think they will not coz a medical is good for 12 month ..

Yup! I wish there will be no more delays. Will it take too long to assess PA's eligibility? I hope the local VO is fast enough to do an updates. It's so heartbreaking to wait for their corespondence. Considering, everything is electronic...

I've bene looking around at the different threads for outland applications from oct-April. I'm seeing people already from January and getting Decision made and receiving COPR.
so that's good news.

I am just patiently waiting for AOR2 or 3rd line (In Process) in ECAS. I wonder why it's taking too long :

I noticed most of the Feb applicants didn't receive their AOR2 yet, I don't know what's the hold up.

What I've both heard and seen is that OUTLAND applicants don't usually get AOR2 notification generally at all. specially if they're from the Ottawa office..
Looking back into the Jan one and talking to some people from Nov who have already received their DM. They said a ton of people never got AOR2 or third line ECAS. I was told that if you application in MyCIC says "application in progress" anywhere take that as a tentative AOR2.

I did email Ottawa office just to confirm that my application had made it there and everything seemed to be in order since it had been some time since MyCIC was updated. I tried to make the email very innocent since I don't want to bother anything. haven't heard back yet.

I'm not sure. I sent in all my things with my application.
I sent in both medical and Sch A/ background check. so I never had to upload them.

Mine says in progress under both "background check" and "final decision"

a couple pages back I posted a picture of MyCIC and it hasn't changed. you could probable find it.

An email may get things moving. For our application, we are waiting to hear from VO in Mexico. They are notoriously slow. The next thing for us should be getting the PCC request to submit fingerprints to the RCMP. Even if we get an AOR2 email, I think the PCC will signal that there is movement at the VO with our app. In our MyCIC account, background check, eligibility and final decision were all indicated as in progress after we got AOR1/request to submit Schedule A and have not changed since then. Also nothing has changed on eCAS either, except that it says Decision made on Sponsor side, since we submitted schedule A and it does not say in progress under the 3rd line on PA side.

To me, any change in the status in MyCIC account or eCAS at this point means that the file is active again.

Oh is that right? I am not too worried about AOR2, I thought they would at least update the status of ECAS but they didn't. MyCIC says Application in Progress and next step is BG. I might call IRCC tomorrow to find out where exactly my file is and where we're at the process.

I am going to request for GCMS notes this June.

Got aor2 3 days back. But still no medical request.
