I am learning how to make Google spreadsheets, so I made one for February 2016 outland as well. You can start filling your info guys:

After your file got received by cic..what's next ?? what is
AOR??

When CIC receives your application at the office they will check it for missing documents and signatures. Once your application is found to be eligible the AOR will be send to you via email or mail. The AOR will also include your file number.

Either use her Indian address or fill out the Representative form; all correspondence will be mailed out to that address.

Thanks. I will fill her Indian address and resend the form. Should I re-date and sign all other forms, as they all have old dates, while the new generic app form that i will send will have a fresh signature and today's date.

I don't think date difference matters; but if it will give you sleepless night, re-date the forms and sign. ;D

Hi friends,
I sent my application fen 4th, I am living in Yukon Territory. Because of extreme weather conditions I am thinking to quit the job and planing to move to Ontario. What is the best thing to do wait until get approval of sponsor application or can I quit the job now and move to Ontario. After sponsor approval if we move to another place or another job do we need to update to CIC?
Experts please suggest

You need to update your file as soon as you have made changes to it. At least that is how I understand it.

Sent our application today! It's kinda relieving, but I don't think I can relax till I know it has arrived!
We are a little nervous. We didn't use DHL, UPS, or something like that. We used the Korean express service (EMS). We addressed it with the courier address. They did give us a tracking number, and said the package will need to be signed for. Hoping it's all ok.

Hello all,

My application filed in mid Jan 2016 was returned yesterday due to some issues with sponsored applicant's mailing address.

I've rectified that and just re-sent the application by UPS courier today (11 February). Should reach Mississauga by tomorrow, 12 February *fingers crossed*

Mailed our application Feb 9th, today it arrived to Mississauga based on my tracking number. Good luck to everyone! So nervous!
