We just got an email saying our application wasn't complete Missing the Option C printout. Damnit -.-

Guess we'll be trying to get our hands on that and getting it sent out ASAP.

You didn't include that? I would request one ASAP from CRA - they take about 2 weeks to get delivered to your address.

you can print one from here. They will mail you a code first so that could take a couple of days

Would you mind adding a cloumn that shows app date received, it seems that some apps arrive same day and others take up to 4 days to get to Mississauga. As a result it does scew the number of days since app sent info and i think that is why there are some inconsistencies with AOR etc. Just an idea if you feel up to doing it.

Now I need that everyone says when the app got to Mississauga

No we have it! . . . .somehow managed to not end up in our application and into our tax files though. . . just want to bang my head against the wall. I feel like a total idiot :'( I checked my application a bazillion times before sending it out

At least I now know they got our application though. We're sending the stupid piece of paper out today.

Awee no that's horrible! I wonder if you can fax CPC-M a copy of the Option-C printout and ask them to continue with the process without sending back the whole app?

We're just going to overnight it. Kind of a blessing in disguise honestly (Now that I've had time to calm down) We were going to send the Option C from the taxation year of 2012. . . . My husbands income was almost $10,000 dollars lower than what he is making now, but now that we have our NOA from the taxation year of 2013 we'll be sending that.

Mistake but there is a bright side. I'm just happy to know they got it and that everything else is there. Obviously will be a lot more thorough in the future!

App sent Feb 5th, App received Feb 6th.. Thanks for maintaining the spreadsheet. It's a lot work.

App sent Feb 4, received Feb 6, Doc Request: March 4, Oops we made a mistake letter March 7th - now I have no clue how long until I get official AOR and SA.
