My visa office is Abu dhabi, my ecas didn't change its still "In Process"

Hello all,

My partner and I are still waiting very patiently for her PR

Trying to refresh this thread to hopefully get some clarity.

I have pasted what it says in our on-line services


We received your application for permanent residence on February 4, 2015.
We started processing your application on April 30, 2015.
Medical results have been received.
We sent you correspondence on August 31, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

We have since sent a letter to our MP and they did an information request on our behalf and got told we had to wait. Any Idea on how much longer we could be waiting or what is taking so long. It seems a lot of other people in this thread have gotten their PR or at least significantly closer than us (congrats by the way )

Just curious to see if others had the same issue of just sitting in limbo (no idea what they are doing)

You are not the only one. Me too I applied one week after you.and still waiting.But I think that we are almost at the end of the tunnel.
I have one quick question.is it the local CIC(Embassy) that takes final decision or Missasauga?
I know some people after us who got their Visas.(March, April,etc..), but I also know some before like January, or even end of 2014 who are still waiting.
Anyway let's be strong the good news is at the gate.
