So I thought I would update everyone. I got DM on November 22nd, and I'm still waiting for the COPR. Really hoping it comes in the next two weeks because my Medical runs out on February 5th.
Now would be a good time to be doing some serious chasing. It should take no more than 3 weeks for the COPR to arrive.

I've been told by other applicants that there is a printing queue for COPR's and that some are taking as much as two months.

Hi All, can i get on the list please? Hear are my details (all it says on Ecas) we are going through a lawyer due to my case (DUI, TRP holder with WP that is running out very soon etc)

Application to Sponsor
Visa office Ottawa, We received your application to sponsor xxxxxxxxxxx on February 6, 2013.
We sent you a letter on February 27, 2013 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Application Recieved
We received xxxxxxxxxxx application for permanent residence on February 6, 2013.
Medical results have been received.

Additional info
Request for Photo page in passport August 16th sent to lawyer (in capital letters YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE FINALIZED BY THE CASE PROCESSING PILOT – OTTAWA (“CPP-O”).)
Request for RCMP fingerprint scan August 20th letter sent to lawyer - which was sent to CPP-O

Lawyer followed up two months after and in November an email said stated my application was sent to Los Angeles and to follow up with them we did and was told it's with us but within processing time.

Any thoughts has to change in location I assume for the Rehab portion? My WP/TRP runs out in mid Feb, tried to get extension at border was refused the TRP has 10 years hadn't passed but it was more than 5 years because CIC returned $200 for my last TRP application. Very confused if I will get another WP and or TRP but applying nonetheless

thanks
PJ

An Update on my case I had a email/letter asking for a new schedule A, i checked the previous one I submitted and the current schedule A, nothings been updated. Being cynical i think they lost the form but lawyer and wife trying to keep my hopes up say could be finalizing my application. I 've checked the forum can't see anyone getting a request for a new schedule A to finalize their application.

Anyone have insights as to why they sent request for a new schedule A?

I also received a request for an updated Schedule A form. Nothing had changed but I sent it anyway and then got a letter back saying they have everything they need and will contact me if anything else is needed. I don't think you need to worry!

I needed to send one, I think everyone that has been processed in Manila has to send one in and I would imagine that is the same in a lot of other places.

Received COPR in the mail here in Canada on January 15th. I'll be flagpoling sometime in the next two weeks.

Congratulations, and have fun with the 'poling.

Thanks. I'm going to flagpole in Niagara Falls tomorrow. I think I'll walk rather than drive over Rainbow bridge. Anyone else here ever do that?

I think that quite a few do it that way. Nice view I'm led to believe.

Flagpoled February 4th. Went without a hitch. I walked over the bridge at about 7:05pm and was back at my hotel by 7:45. Hardly any questions were asked and I was the only person on both sides of the border. Also found out that Americans don't get a denial of entry slip, so all they did was stamp my passport.

Thanks Pineapple87 and DaveSav,

I had a change in my online application check :D

Finally it now reads in process

We received application for permanent residence on February 6, 2013.

We started processing application on February 18, 2014.

Medical results have been received.

Has a best guess can anyone say when they got their PR with respect to start of the processing? Does my time start from February 2014 or from February 2013?

Thanks Pipes.

I really hope they don't start the countdown from the time they started processing my application because it's in LA and average is 26months so looking at 2 years from now.
