Congrats! I haven't been able to access the spreadsheet for days so I can't update you but I'm sure someone will!

Good luck!!

For the record, as we sometimes wonder about these things,
e-Cas still only shows status of Application Received, so
like others, it isn't up-to-date for me.

But that's not important. Received SA email and that's all I need.

Thanks messenger! It's really good to see most of us are on track. I sincerely hope things go well with the ones still in orange...

It takes a few days for the results to show up in e-Cas. Maybe 2-3 days.

Yap. Who knows maybe :) :)
Luckily I am on my way to the VO now and that's all that matters.

Well job would have been a better luck.
As already given a SA, can write a cover letter saying that you dont want to jeopardize your PR application as it will be invalid if you try to stay more than required period of TRV.
Also a return ticket might also help.

Well the chances are very little but it all depends on the cover letter and how genuine it is to the officer looking at it

This is what me & my wife were contemplating too, but after consultation with a lot of folks incl. immigration lawyers we dropped the idea as there is a 99% likelihood of being rejected as they would prefer you to wait for the decision on the PR first. Even my wife quit her job recently and that's a pretty major tie back to your home country. Let's say you have an invitation letter/tickets/statements showing income, they likely will still reject it on grounds that you have a current application pending, so you must first wait for the decision on that.

Best of luck if you were to pursue it, but my advise would be to just wait it out.
