Do u mind sharing your timeline?
whatever editor you use to edit your file, ensure you save it to the system. probably send it via email to another email adress and download from that e-mail to confirm if you will be able to view it properly.

Don't use Phantom PDF to create your docs, sometimes Phantom PDF makes it so Adobe Reader can't display some pages. So CIC contacted me on 5/4 and asked to reupload all the docs.
