And my logic is that some people like to stretch the literal meaning of the words.

2015 means possibility of end of Dec.

Some say summer of 2015 to mean june, july, aug, sept time frame.

Stop giving everyone false hopes on when the cutoff could be. It can be quite misleading.

The link only means that the lawyers are making the same educated guess as to when the cutoff date to be. They seems to think the cutoff is in the same time-frame everyone thinks.

Yes they are giving false hope. They don't have authority to determine when the date starts. They are misleading to think it will be delayed when it may not be delayed.

Yeah!! they haven't said anything officially, it means people are themselves keeping False Hope and expectations for themselves. They haven't said or asked people to believe anything themselves on different internet website or any rumors they hear. I wouldn't be surprised if the cutover occurs on a holiday weekend. That would give them an extra day or two to change things.
