Guys no point of discussion about CEC and FSW. If IRCC or OINP think that they should give priority to CEC, it is their right and no body can stop them. If IRCC and OINP think candidates should be FCFS regardless of category it is also their privilege.

So whatever Canada is doing, we have to accept it with grudges or without grudges. Our internal discussions, views, opinions etc. are not going to affect it anyway.

Better to have views and opinions as far as discussion is healthy. Cacophony, blaming and posturing should be avoided.

Hey raj, My response was to bestofluck the way he responded was discourteous and in regards to the "paid fees", I wanted to make point on taxes.

and my motive to express work permit issue was to aware people of this critical issue.

@bestofluck the one who pays taxes expect things in their favor in every nation. You dont have to advise me what should I do. First come to Canada find yourself a suitable job then talk to me.

In terms of I have used services and I should not expect from GOVT.
Why are you expecting Canadian govt should accelerate your PNP/PR process. You didnt contribute anything to the govt. So be quiet and let the govt decide when they should isue you a nomination or if they should or not

Yup! Everyone needs nominations! FSW and CEC! What we are doing here is more like 2 states in India fighting for water. Its stupid! Ask applicants who have submitted an application and got an AOR should get a nomination as early as possible.

This would not have taken place if you put what you actually said in a more polite way . You should remember they are concerned about their applications as much as you are concerned about yours. Yes, FCFS is the right way to go but IMO, I already said that people with expiring/expired permits could be processed quickly. We are also waiting since ages so for people whose WPs are valid did a long time don't have to be processed on priority.

We are all stressed out. Everyone. The constant worry and anger coupled with the indefinite waiting is not the best state of mind to be in. Once the nomination comes in, all this aggression will disappear; temporarily. Then the race for post ITA application! Pfft! What a journey!

Tari, I applied for PEI and I will apply for AUS as soon as possible, sending in my Skills Assessment
And I am hiring a lawyer to followup on OINP

In our AOR it says all applications are processed on first cum first basis. on 9th May they came out with an update and said they will consider applications of CEC whose wp is going to expire in near future. Now this a temporary priority given to CEC. This does not become their Right until and unless they make the changes in the application guide.

look at the threads for people who submitted ITA application in Feb and March.
they're getting ppr.
nobody mentions the CEC or FSW thing.
please think about only one thing. PPR. nothing else.

what are the chances of AoRs not materialising into nominations? any post AOR rejections of which you are aware? reasons?
