I agree to this. Scary thoughts don't let us sleep and the patience and company from all in the forum don't let us lose hopes. Its a conflict of emotions with a fight of frustration and patience. Let the patience win with the positive outcome for all of us.

I gotta share my feeling here because otherwise it will keep on eating my from the inside.... I feel that if i don't get the nomination i will be devastated as it is clear that a direct nomination will never happen as CRS score isn't getting anywhere near the 434 mark. :-X :-\ :-[

Having said that, i question pops up my mind, do they reject an application even if it matches all the info stated on the account? i.e. no false information, funds are in place, etc..? Could they reject the application just because they don't think it fits the kind of applicants they are looking for? ???

First of all, We all are with you and share the same amount of frustration and feelings, trying to keep the smile on our face.

Secondly there has to be a strong reason to get an application rejected. If all documents are okay you shouldn't worry about rejection and just relax and wait for nomination. having said this they also give fair chance to defend your case in case of rejection and do not straight away reject it. There are very few cases where the applications are rejected and if we go by that ratio, you must be fine. They will not consider NOC to reject or nominate.

I have subscribed to job bank with my NOC and I get 2 mails daily with at least 5 openings in my NOC. Till today I have recd over 3000 job matches and openings in my NOC in Ontario itself ( also applied to all) So anytime I can prove my NOC is in full demand and at present there are over 3000 vacancies. I wont give them a chance to prove my NOC is not in demand. you can also keep such documents ready.

Sometimes I feel OINP should cancel all applications and start afresh, giving new PT to all and working on online processing system. That would be more practical and give them time to start from scratch with new and improved staff and system.

They should ask us to submit our applications again in an online processing system and give out nominations in 90 days. !!!!

OINP take some bold decisions and we are ready to submit online application with same file numbers. JUst throw away the files and clean the office, bring in new computers, new staff and get going.

Do something OINP but not keep silent !!!!! it Kills

Maybe OINP has deliberately paused nomination right before the draw today.

If by the end of Sep, we still don't hear any changes from OINP/EE/IRCC, I would lose all hope.

I don't think today will be the day that CIC/IRCC draw more than 700 to be honest. I believe, we would have seen more PNP activity if that was going to be the case. We may not see it, but I am sure CIC/IRCC is in touch with the PNP's

More than a Draw we are much waiting for some change in the process of nomination. its high time they should speed up now. Just a single day silence from their side depress each one of us. Today's draw will hardly make any diff to all OINP applicants.

On the contrary.. I am convinced that they are completely linked. It is more than a co-incidence that OINP becomes completely unresponsive right when IRCC draws are so small. Bigger draws by IRCC is the only way I see our process moving forward.

Bigger Draw cannt happen in a fortnight. It will gradually get bigger and will take 3 months to reach 2000 even if they want to.
