I think we are forgetting one core concept. We've done what we could. It's IRCC's internal process. To the best of my knowledge, the internals have not been made public.

No matter how much math, and analytics we throw at it, it is speculation. I know what it feels like, I've been there during my PR. To summarize: missed draw for 6 months due to delay in eca, got copr 2 days before covid lockdown, went through multiple medicals, have five coprs, landed 2 years after etc. (Search through my postings for details).

One could call IRCC, submit a webform, and/or request ATIP, but beyond that, I think at this point is not required.

Focus on other things, summer is almost here. Its going to be sunny again! Yay!

Keep calm and relax.
Agreed, we have to play the hand we're dealt. My initial PR was pretty smooth (besides having to give fingerprints 1 billion times), but my PR renewal took almost 10 months at a time when their website showed a constantly updating average of anywhere from 6 weeks to 3 months. All of my calls and web form submissions came to nothing (you just have to wait), and the PR portal is a joke. To this day it says "Submitted March 18th 2024, last updated March 18th 2024". I'm sorry for everything you went through, that sounds like a nightmare.

Being able to compare timelines is awesome, but seeing how fast everyone else is going can be a little bit stressful and starts to make you worry unnecessarily when you are behind them.

I am just happy the citizenship process overall seems to be faster than it was in the past.

These are very wise words.
As for your PR renewal, I was in the same boat where my processing timeline started going beyond the advertised timeline. I have been a PR for over 15 years and my PR card was expired. Submitting webforms resulted in silly responses that didn't even acknowledge my questions.
In this situation, I did what @WantToImmigrate suggested and requested ATIP from IRCC and CBSA. And guess what? Less than a week after I submitted the requests and they went to an in-progress status on my ATIP dashboard, my PR renewal was approved. LOL I am now convinced that this may not have been a coincidence.

I just got off the phone with IRCC and they said my application is progressing along. Nothing open or missing or seems on hold. And my LPP has not started yet. So it is definitely a good idea to continue to exercise patience.

Congrats. Quick question was LPP done by Vancouver office in your case? Had you ever asked them before where LPP was being processed for Calgary?
I have no idea where LPP was done. I never called them since the processing was fairly on time.

After the AOR - which was from Sydney office, rest of the communication was from Calgary office.

Same here. She said my LPP hasn’t been even touched yet which sucks.

She also said my application is non-routine because they requested my fingerprints, but lots of applicants who gave fingerprints had their application completed within a very good timeframe so who knows.

Nothing. Which is unfortunately normal. Most of the time one’s application takes to process is actually spent in the queue where there is absolutely nothing being done on your application. Its just parked until an officer picks it up again.
That is what stressed me out, what if the officer just forgets about it? according to IRCC, the processing is 9 months now, so technically they can wait for another 6 months to pick it up again...

Yep. When I called today the agent pretty much indirectly said that same thing to me. It was heartbreaking to hear :(

yeah when I called yesterday and the agent was like all we need to do is wait, he actually said those to me.
I have feeling that IRCC is intentionally slowing down. I guess they dont want to overwhelm themselves
