I have one question before I send my new application.
I had 3 different jobs in the last 3 years in Canada, with different NOC codes. I am however re-applying under my 3rd and current job, NOC 1113. The checklist mentions that we only have to provide a reference letter for the qualifying job that we want to have considered under the application.
Do I still have to provide a reference letter for the other jobs even if they will not be considered toward my CEC application?

I am sorry to let you know that I received a refusal email yesterday. The officer's reasons were as follow:
Your Bachelor of Business Administration degree was issued by XXX on April 30, 2012 and your application was received on December 24, 2012. The maximum number of available months during which you could acquire Canadian work experience is less than eight, not twelve as required by the regulations. I was unable to assess your application based on your Business Administration Diploma. You did not complete a full time study program of at least two years duration to obtain this diploma, as required by the regulations. I am unable to consider the semester during which you took ESL courses, as the regulations exclude any period when the study of French or English as a second language amounted to most of the full time study.
In other words, they only considered my work experience after my degree was issued, which is a little less than 8 months, not since my work permit was issued in March 2011. I will be sending a new application in the next few days.
I guess I will have to share my info with the November 2013 folks now.
Good luck to everyone!
