They received our passports on August 7, and the tracker got activated today!!! We are so happy and looking forward to receiving them! Good Luck everyone!

In my opinion, the staff that is not on vacation is working on student/visitor's visas because it is the busiest period of the year for that; therefore, our passports are not a priority for them at the moment.

They received our application on November 21, 2013. We received PPR on July 24, 2014.

I did email them last week to confirm that they received our passports. They did reply the next day saying that they did. I guess we just have to stop bothering them with our emails, and let them to do their job...
