Hey, where did you hear or read that it takes 30 days to get your PP back with visa? After looking at many cases on this forum, and talking to lots of seniors- minimum from ND office is two months or more to get your pasrinivas.vadapalli said:Congrats on being approved.
1. I guess you would get 30 days to submit passport.
2. You cannot cross that 30 days period. Once you submit PP, it will take around 30 days roughly to get it back with VISA. YEs, they will wait until you send the passport.
Usually it takes around 30-45 days. I have followed the ND thread spread sheet. unless it requires some extensive background check (in cases where principal applicant travelled a lot of places) it wont take 2 monthsCanadiansWife said:Hey, where did you hear or read that it takes 30 days to get your PP back with visa? Passport back- and that's statistics! Unless you are really lucky, you'll get it before the two months
I wasnt approved yet...But then I too have the same thing showing up just like you...lovehasnoboundaries said:Hello,
to those who got recent sponsor approval, what do you see on ecas? I just see my name and right below it says: "If you want to see the details of an application, click on the underlined status." but nothing underneath that except a box that asks if you want to remove the ability for you or anyone else to see your status online. You need to select it and press submit if you want to give your consent...and that's it?????
Oh really srinivas??? That's interesting...well I checked with my husband's info and file # and it says the application has been received. I'm assuming this means it has arrived at the VO??srinivas.vadapalli said:I wasnt approved yet...But then I too have the same thing showing up just like you...
I hope you are right, because 30-45 days sounds better than two months lol!srinivas.vadapalli said:Usually it takes around 30-45 days. For me it shows me a table cell, with my name and then it says "application received" which I can click on and it tells me the date that they got my application. That's the only thing written so far, for me. Can you see your address?lovehasnoboundaries said:Hello,

That date should be date that application was received in Mississauga... I have reached approval status with Mississauga. Once you have, your e-cas should show Decision Made next to your husbands name and under Sponsor... My address was added a couple weeks after that. Under Permament Resident next to my husbands name, it shows application received and when you click on that, mine still says his application received date as the same date Mississauga received our application. (I am also a KGN applicant) Recently I have seen other KGN applicants receiving a new date under Permanent Residence application recieved to show the date that KGN started processing the application....lovehasnoboundaries said:No can't see address either under mine...but under hubby's I see application received with date..
How do you find out if the medical results have been received?CHANZ.DREW said:I submit my application on December 5, 2011. CIC received it on Decembr 8,2011. I received an email from CIC that I am qualified to sponsor on Feb 1, 2012. They received my husbands medical results on December 20, 2011. I am sponsoring my husband in Japan but he is a Filipino Citizen.
This is what mine said for the first few days after I got sponsorship approval. After a week or so more stuff appeared, like my address and the status of the application. So I say just wait a week or so and it should show more!lovehasnoboundaries said:Hello,
