What happens when the passport with counterfoil and COPR got expired due to delayed delivery?

It’s been 1 month and we only have 16 days to land in canada and our passports are still in CPC Ottawa and it still has to be delivered halfway around the globe.

When did you submit your passport to Ottawa and why did you submit it there if you’re not in Canada or the US??

Yeah, this is a good question. If your COPR or counterfoil is expired you definitely have an issue. Contact CIC and ask them. No one here can really help you!

My father resides in Canada so I guess that’s why we sent our passports there.

Yeah, this is a good question. If your COPR or counterfoil is expired you definitely have an issue. Contact CIC and ask them. No one here can really help you!

Not yet expired but will be, if not sent to us.
I don’t really know how to contact them, my father only knows.

....then have your father contact them? You can attempt to raise a case-specific inquiry online or you can call them on the telephone. The internet has their telephone number.

Did your passport request letter specify to send the passports to Ottawa?

I don’t have the time to talk to my father because he’s always busy. The immigration consultant in his company said they will email ircc regarding our situation.

It’s what his consultant said to send it to canada when we checked online it said that our passports has “counterfoil” and will be expired on the 28th so we are expecting it but it’s been already a month and not yet delivered to us so that’s why we’re becoming anxious now.

Did you send a Canada post xpresspost envelope along with your passport?? If not, most likely your passport has already been returned via regular mail.

You're the principal applicant. You can contact CIC. Don't come here saying you're anxious and then say that you're too busy to do anything about it Canadian privacy laws mean that three people can contact CIC about your situation: (1) you, (2) your agent, and (3) the sponsor, your father.

If you are unhappy with what your agent has told you, then you have the obligation to do a Google search for CIC's Ottawa number, do the math on the time zone difference, and call CIC early in the morning in Ottawa. There are a number of threads on this forum that detail even the numbers you should press to get through the automated telephone number system.

If your counterfoil and COPR expire before you have them, you have abandoned your PR. You need to contact CIC and tell them you have not received your passports yet. They may arrange to allow you to visit a more local visa office - where your passports should have been sent the first time - and potentially have the counterfoil re-issued.

I said HE was too busy, HE who is my father and not me.

Ok so if the tracker was activated it means your passport has left IRCC and you should be dealing with Canada post instead.

If you don't understand the terms it's not my fault. The sponsor is the Canadian/Canadian PR in Canada. The principal applicant is the person being sponsored.

For goodness sake, call CIC. Either you have COPR and do not have your passports OR you do not yet have COPR and they will extend your medical. Your posts are all over the place, you've either sent his or your passports to Canada needlessly and will need to contact CIC anyways or you're just asking questions on a forum where all anyone can do is tell you to call CIC.

I'm frustrated because you came here, asked a question, I gave you an answer ("call CIC!") and you said "My father is too busy to do that" and then acted like you expected a forum of volunteers to solve your problem.
