if they refuse your application you have to apeal and it takes tooooo long, pray to god that they issue your wife's visa

First of all, they did not refused and be positive, they want to know if you are capable to take responsibility and not be in deep shit if you have another mouth to feed, basicly I say give them what they need ASAP and dont wait, and I am sure when they will receive them they will give you your PR

I called a lawyer and he said if you said that you work as an employee let him make T4 and do not make T4-1 and he said put as much as you can money for that that you made but I'm not sure of this lawyer do you think T4 or T4-1 are the same money is money what do you think tell me please I'm really tired

Please take my advice and do it:

By looking to these forums and trying to solve your problem, you are losing time and you will not get professional advice, why ?

Because we don't know exactly about your application and details of it. We are hearing something new in every post that you make and people start to guide you base on that but nobody knows the actual story and at the end of the day we may end up to miss-guide you.

if I were in your place , I would cut my vacation short, come back to Canada and find a professional who you can TRUST to explain your whole situation (without hiding anything ) and get the correct answer and sort things out professionally and fast. Trust me, it will worth to do that.

Anyone have anything new or any news from Damascus?

I emailed the embassy in Damascus asking them the status of my application, and I got this email:

I just checked my eCase and I don't see the message "Medical Results have been Received" anymore.


How long is this queue?. my application is straight forward (sponsoring spouse)

What if mohammed's brother's job is not a job where you can earn comission like a restaurant for example?? Then he's not better off... Secondly As an employer Mohamed's brother has to deduct from each pay Employment insurance , Income tax and Canada pension plan (cpp) and give it to the Government of canada and on as an employer he has to also pay half of the canada pension plan contrbution (4.95%) of the yearly income earned to a maximum of $4 326 so basically ( 4.95%/2 x income)... So if these contributions were never remitted to the government by the employer for the employee and they make verifications to check on the validity of the income earned in the T4 then there's a glitch somewhere and then later on both Mohamed and his brother might be liable for it.... So I guess you should just send the real paystubs from your second job... But I agree with AAM7 you should come back to Canada and speak to a lawyer about it.

And by the way even though an employee is on commission The employer and employee still have to pay Cpp contributions based on a pro-rata of the days between each commission received

i think u should cut ur vacation and come back to canada then ask someone who knows more..we r not lawyer and we dont know exactly about law...so ur lawer is someone who can help u more than us....
