What if mohammed's brother's job is not a job where you can earn comission like a restaurant for example?? Then he's not better off... Secondly As an employer Mohamed's brother has to deduct from each pay Employment insurance , Income tax and Canada pension plan (cpp) and give it to the Government of canada and on as an employer he has to also pay half of the canada pension plan contrbution (4.95%) of the yearly income earned to a maximum of $4 326 so basically ( 4.95%/2 x income)... So if these contributions were never remitted to the government by the employer for the employee and they make verifications to check on the validity of the income earned in the T4 then there's a glitch somewhere and then later on both Mohamed and his brother might be liable for it.... So I guess you should just send the real paystubs from your second job... But I agree with AAM7 you should come back to Canada and speak to a lawyer about it.mohammed123 said:I called a lawyer and he said if you said that you work as an employee let him make T4 and do not make T4-1 and he said put as much as you can money for that that you made but I'm not sure of this lawyer do you think T4 or T4-1 are the same money is money what do you think tell me please I'm really tired
