I am sorry LOVE A LIFE for hurting your feelings but here I can put anything that I want its an open forum, I dont need you to come and tell me what to say or what to not say , maybe you should read more to UNDERSTAND what was writting as we did noty judge no one and also I invite you to read the forum

It is an open forum your right but that doesnt mean that we could go around posting stuff that may hurt others maybe you didnt mean to but thats what I understood from your post.

I also have friends as well as family in Syria and i would OBVIOUSLY not write good news that tanks are coming out to kill people. I have family that died during war in lebanon including my husband's father that was in the army so don't come judging when you haven't read the whole conversation.

May god keep them safe .... Im not here to judg any1 I was only referring to sleens post after all we are all here behind our computers safe in our homes talking about something that we all hear on the news .....

My heart goes out to all the people living in Syria ...

its true the situation is getting ugly but saman jan don't worry your self too much, think about it, look how long it took and how BAD things got in libya before they closed and the only reason they closed in because people came here to Ottawa on parliament hill and they protested that Canada should close the embassy, anyways no one knows for sure, but even so, they wont close untill every options has been exhausted like they said on their website, right now things are normal in damascus, airport is working normally and the borders are also normal, till that is happening they wont close, the ONLY reason the US closed is because they want to sanction syria and if they have AMERICANS there and they sanction they are risking the lives of the diplomats, so they close the embassy , get everyone out, and then sanction syria, and as we all know the US is doing this because they want to send a message to iran since its the strongest ALLY of syria, anyways forget all that, at the end of the day, we can all just hope things dont get bad enough to affect diplomacy in syria after 20 something years

exactly sleen , , as it seems now the united states is the only country evacuating SOME staff from their embassy,

Nonessential U.S. embassy staff and the families of all embassy personnel have been ordered to leave Syria. It said the embassy would remain open for limited services.

so far this is the only country....... we all hope Canada wont do the same

ya actually my spouse is living in Ottawa , but the other thing which i believe they asked for this documents is that my husband changed his job into new position and different salary after we submitted our application , so he sent them an acknowledgement , so may be thats why they want these stuff! ???

i saw thw news..DARRA is going carzy...damascus has better situation...and i hope it gets better and better

yaeh your right my friend , Im in Amman Jordan right now and Darra is the only border between jordan and Syria and they have closed it yesterday , so no way to get to Syria from Amman by road transport if u need to!!!!
