Thanks to the link in Basil bhai's signature, I've now created a spreadsheet with all the members on the thread so far. The link to it is in my signature now. Hello All

Just got off the phone with CIC helpline. So found out that the file is with Ottawa pilot project. Just wondering, if Islamabad would have sent the subsequent docs/proves of my spouses Pakistan visit to Ottawa. Call center agent suggested that I should send these documents again to Ottawa. Also she said that CIC has not received my medical which I had gotten done in Nov, 2011. Asked me to call back with doctors info(Roohina Sattar, Karachi) who apparently doesnt have the CIC licence any more and does not practice. Has expired anyways but I am just wondering if they were sent to Islamabad and the case is with Ottawa so might have gotten misplaced . Has anyone heard from the Ott Pil project yet. Has anyone sent subsequent documents to Ottawa and has received acknowledgement from them? Ive emailed both ottawa and islamabad this sunday and havent gotten any replies. Do u suggest I should send the info of my sponsors Pakistan visit in 2012 and 2013 to Ottawa now or wait for them to contact me ? Have to request the GCMS notes asap

question from you, how can call center agent tell you that medi is not received? caz they always say they have no other info. :s ours doesnot show medi received on ecase. are you going to resubmit medi?

i told her that my medical was done way back in nov, 2011 and they do not show on the ecas and she asked me to wait for a minute. When she returned, she told me that they had no received my medical and that i should call back with docs name, address and number so that they can track in their global system. However, I have not called back because in any case I will have to do a re-med.

Yes dear its possible that they may not need to do re-med. But thats when its not that long that the med has expired. I mean the margin of few months is allowed.I assume this bcs one of my friends applied from US to CHC in Family case. The case was over in almost 12 months and at the time CHC called for ppr the med was already expired but the CHC just approved their case without re-med.

well being a sponsor u have to do ur signature on it and ur husband has to sign it also...it can be filled by any of u but the sponsor can only email it to them....they charge $5 for it.....wat ur husband can do is dat he can take a print of it...sign it...scan it and then email it to u....same way u have to print...sign and then scan and then email it to them......
they'll send u the notes through email on the address u'll mention on the form.....no u don't have to fill the representative portion...just write not applicable there....

Secondly is there any other application that we need to fill bcs this one does not have any space we can put our UCI or file number, date of births ... or we just mention all this in th email itself?
Also how do we pay the $5 fee..

u don't have to write ur file number or uci number....u just have to write ur date of birth....and also wen u email them they'll let u know about the fee....also u can google for it....

yea you are right medi has to be done again, when they will request it.
