Yes they dont.. I asked them when i submitted mine but they said for immigrants we cant give any time period.

Have you tried contacting VAC & telling them it's been over 2 weeks?

Actually i have booked my seat for 10th april .. So i am looking forward to get it back this week.. Otherwise i will have to extend.
I called on their number but it is IVR operated... Planning to go tomorrow in sha Allah.. May be this will help.

When I asked them they said you will get your passport from 1week to 15 days and then I asked another guy he replied 15 to 30 days... I submitted on 23rd march

I Submitted my passport nd my daughter's passport through vac on 10 march, today i got email tht our passports has been dispatched and after tht I received text for collecting pp. i'll go tomorrow for collecting our pp. hope so v'll get pp with visa stamp. Insha Allah
