CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2012 -2013

I have questions to all forum members that I am going Canada on 26th April insha Allah. But the problem is that my visa and passport both are expiring on June 2015. Can I face any problem from fia in Pakistan because of passport expiring. Kindly please help me.

But the problem is that in airport they asked 6 months valid passports but I don't have 6 month valid passport it's less than 3 month. This can create issue or not???

@Sponsorfa Youn wont get immediately PR Card.. It will normally takes 30 days to get PR at the address you will be asked by the concerned staff at airport.. You also get your SIN Card with same time..

what are the ways to cancel spouse's PR card? is there any way i can cancel my husband's PR? my husband came here in May 2013.. and i tried to adjust with him but he just used me to come Canada and now its hard for me to live with him but i want to cancel his PR (the reason he married me)

Unfortunately you can't do anything abt it. As your timeline says, you applied in 2011. They introduced condition 51 for apps filed from Oct 2012. Just make sure, he doesn't go on welfare while the undertaking period, I.e 3 yrs since he landed. Or you will have to pay back it.

He didnt get his visa until 2013, thats what her time line says..
Wouldnt it still apply to her? :-/

sorry to hear your sad story, but I think you can't do that because in Canada if any one come on pr , after that spouse or sponsor did not cancell his/her pr. All the best. Naveed
