I got my notes, alhamdulillAh, my application process is almost done. I am sharing the "notes section" of my GCMS Notes. It has given me a lot of information regarding concerns of visa officers in checking criteria. All new applicants or "in process" candidates should note these concerns.
.
All below mentioned are comments of visa officer.
1. Applicant is 27 year old Pakistani male and Sponsor is 26 year old female. Age seems OK w.r.t local culture
2. Both belong to same city in Pakistan and father of both are friends. So a previous relationship is the reason of their wedding
3. Engagement held on ****** and attended by 50 persons, Wedding attended by 300 persons, Honey moon was of 7 days with in Pakistan. Shopping bills, resturent and wedding hall bills seems OK All pictures of engagement, Mehdi, Nikah cernmony, Barat , Waleema and honey moon appear culturaly consistent and both appear very comfortable together.
4. Applicant and sponsor talk regularly through, phone, Skype, Watsab, Viber and faceboo together. Large communication record shared by them.
5. Urdu Nikah Nama and Marriage registration Certificate submitted, but the translation of Urdu Nikah nama is missing. I have concern over it. However Urdu Nikah Nama and Marriage Reg Cer seems OK. But I would ideally like to see certified translation too.
6. Sign of both match onn Urdu Nikah Nama and application.
7. Gift exchanged between both twice.
8. Both have shared Join Bank account statement and bank letter which seems real and conniving.
9. Sponsor has visited Spouse after wedding once and they spend 4 months, shared many pictures off tour.
10. I have a concern that Applicant has a University degree and enrolled in PhD while sponsor has a College degree. In Pakistani culture, both should have same level of education. However, I am of opinion that Sponsor residence in Canada, would add appeal to applicant family.
.
In my opinion marriage seems genuine and not for immigration sake. all fees are paid , medical in process. .
.
It is worth noting, all the proofs, I send later to office, like, Facebook , phone call, viber chat etc voluntarily (were not asked), were added and played good roole in convincing visa offer. . I also updated them about my wife visit to them. They have included my wordings of email too in notes and every single document or proof I send to them.
