Wouldnt it still apply to her? :-/

If applied before Oct 2012, condition 51 doesn't apply to them, no matter when they get the PR. Hard luck.

what are the ways to cancel spouse's PR card? is there any way i can cancel my husband's PR? my husband came here in May 2013.. and i tried to adjust with him but he just used me to come Canada and now its hard for me to live with him but i want to cancel his PR (the reason he married me)

sorry to hear your sad story, but I think you can't do that because in Canada if any one come on pr , after that spouse or sponsor did not cancell his/her pr. All the best. Naveed

I m sorry sister to hear this sad story.this is heartbreaking for spouses waiting so long to come to canada and then they changed drastically.i m sorry there is nothing you can do.bcz his pr is not conditional.i pray allah give you patience to deal this bad situation.our prayer is with you.

i submitted last week too in lhr but didnt receive it back yet hope to get it back sooner keep us posted

I did and its been more than 15 days.... I have heard from a few people that vac gets the passport but keep it with them instead contacting the client immidiately... How true is that?? Anybody have any idea??

Have you tried contacting VAC & telling them it's been over 2 weeks?

There's nothing written in the PPR letter about it.

My husband asked when he went to submit his passport & they told him 2-3 weeks. A friend who submitted hers said they told her 1 week-15 days.

Can't say for sure?
