It was a lawyer from Pakistan who did this to us and we are made as the guilty ones. I don't know about suing him if its at all possible. I just tired of all their comments at Immigration Islamabad and sometimes I believe its not Canadians writing comments as the English grammar is so bad
I just don't know anymore, I pray Allah gets us out of this mess soon In Sha Allah

u kidding me right, poor grammar :D u sure u getting the emails from CHC cause im sure spell/grammar checks even in the oldest computers does the work for even the illiterate...anyways im sure u can sue people here as well..

Kindly stay on the immigration topic
Dnt create more or less mess
Chc is already there doing this job to their best

best of luck all guys

The new consent form for GCMS is confusing me.
I am the wife in Canada applying for GCMS notes for my husband.
Section A - ill give my husband's information
Section B - should we leave it blank?
Section C - I am the individual so we will put in my information
Section D - Email
Section E - B and E are related but I am not asking for my information, I shouldn't sign it right?
Section F - my husband will sign it.

Can someone help please?

Kindly help in ordering notes. We have hired a lawyer who has given his address and email. I have asked him to order the notes and he is not agreed but I want to order it. I have some confusions in filling the online form.
1..On page one, after jumping all terms and conditions, Should sponsor (Canadian Citizen) have to put all information, I mean Email and street addtress etc?
2. What to write Yes/No in front of "Are you requesting information on your own behalf?"?
3. Can I write my own email address (different than of correspondence address of file, because that was of lawyer)
4. My residence address of Canada was mentioned but correspondence address address was provided of lawyer, whose address I should write in form
5. When coming to next page, they ask for :Requesting information for:,, here who's date of birth I have to enter, sponsor or applicants?
6. Electronic file or physical file?
.
Filing consent form
As per my thinking, in the form
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5744E.pdf
.
Section A is for Sponsor,
Section B is for Applicant info
Section C is for???????????
Section E signed by applicant
Section F by Sponsor?
.
Am I right, kindly guide me, your precious time would be very beneficial for me. I am applying them for first time.

I know but section E and B are confusing. I am only asking info for my husband not for spouse ..so should I just leave them blank? and only ask my husband to sign it?
