Did we always have to give this consent form ? I have ordered notes twice [last was in April] and never filled this out, just a plain old word doc. Is this new ?

I know but section E and B are confusing. I am only asking info for my husband not for spouse ..so should I just leave them blank? and only ask my husband to sign it?

Yes just leave Section B&E it doesn't apply to you.

Section A: Your husband's info [applicant]
Section B: Does not apply for spousal sponsorship.
Section C: Your info [sponsor]
Section D: Email
Section E: not applicable
Section F: Your husband [applicant] needs to sign

this is my 3rd time applying for notes. and I have always filled one. but this time they have made a few changes to it and that just threw me off.

How difficult is to get a trv? my husband is Canadian national and my application is with embassy since last jan 2013. We have not involved any lawyer for our case, but when i ask a pakistani consultant for trv he refused to me that it is not a good to apply since your application is in process. My husband says its fine and one can apply during its immigration. I do job in a multinational company so i can show a vacation letter, but i am confused should i go for it or not...its been soo much frustrating to wait for immigration process to be done ... any one who is successful to get a trv can tell me what should be provided to prove them completely...

Yes you should apply for TRV visa and it doesnt effect the processing of your visa and 2nd thing is you hav more chances to get Trv vis becoz your doing job as you hav strong reason u can get vocational letter from company inSAllah you hav 80%of chances to get TRV visa

Hi.

I received a call from Islamabad an hour ago. The guy on the phone first confirmed my DOB and then ask me about my medical, apprently CiC islamabad didnt get my Medical.. so i told him the date of my meDICAL. He also asked me about the PrP Fee( which i already paid to them).
He said please send me the copies of Above mentioned documents.
He also said after receiving your Email. they will send me email in which they they ll ask for my complete mailing address and some other things and also a form, which i have to fill very carefully( apparently) and they might ask for my passport too..
so fingers crossed guys.. hoping for the best..

My time line is

App filed: august 2012

File transferred to Isl: NOv 2012

remedical request : sep 2013
medical done : oct 2013

Re PCC : oct 2013
Another PCC from another city: december 2013
Additional doc request: November 2013 and January 2014

E case status changed on 15 March 2014.

Receive a call from Islamabad for receipt . 5 may 2014
