Hey newb003, are you a nikkah case or full wedding? and no not everyone in ur wife's family has to fill the form. it is for whoever is being sponsored and sometimes there are children involved that is why they said anyone over the age of 15.

I think you are only nikkah case which is why they asked you for the forms. fill it up and send everything and tell me when you have planned for rukhsati. email space won't be big enough so you will have to post the package to Isb

All of these TCS numbers are showing "Invalid Tracking numbers" when searched on TCS website. From where are you getting this information?

and Rukhsati is when the bride leaves her family and goes with her husband right? well I and my whole family are in Canada so my wife won't leave her family and come to live with me until she gets immigration. Is my understanding of this incorrect?

ohhhh maybe thats why. they would have thought that when you went down there for the wedding you should have brought her home on the nikkah night .. and you guys should have stayed together until you came back to canada and she would have gone to her parent's housee. which is why maybe you guys didn't write down your cohabitation date ? .. they think the "rukhsati" didn't happen because you didn't live together. in their eyes its still a nikkah case

Also, the email says:

Does that mean that every member of my wife's family over 15 and 18 has to submit these forms? Or only the person being sponsored?

The time period that you lived with your wife after your wedding is the cohabitation period and you need to provide the dates for that period.

No, I didn't specify dates of cohabitation. we got married on Dec 29, 2011 and my flight out of Pakistan was Jan 6, so we lived together for like 5 days...I thought that was too minimal to mention. but I did visit my wife in between Jan 2013 to Feb 2013 for about 6 weeks so that's something that we'll definitely add to these updated forms as well as the 5 days I spent with her before leaving after our wedding.

Oh ok cool, we'll add the days we spent together after marriage, even if it's only 5 days and also I visited her for 6 weeks between Jan 2013 and Feb 2013 so we'll definitely add that too.

I don't think if its a good idea to add the 5 days because in ur initial forms you didn't. and that might raise a red flag that why didn't you submit those dates in the initial application? idk someone else might shed some light on it.

Can someone confirm what documents are required for a PR traveling from Canada to Pakistan?

is NICOP mandatory? or Pakistani passport and PR card is enough.. please confirm....

(Actually NICOP is expired and renewal is in process... so not sure if can travel or not)

I guess ur pr card n a pakistani passport or a pakistani visa is sufficiant,however,do not forget ur pr card.warna u'll enter pak and wouldnt easily go back to canada
