Congrats. Apparently you can since you can send pp to London and they can courier it back to you. Perhaps email and ask London of that option. Once you have the visa then just flagpole to the US. Not sure what others have to say about this.- kman

Just an FYI - Just spoke to my MP's assistant and she told me they have completed the quota (visa issuance) for spousal for this year. I should expect to hear something early next year.- kman

what's the worst that will happen? they will respond back with the standard reply of your file being in ISB... but on the flip side, they can resend you the requests via email or send ISB a note about your situation..- kman
