You can send them additional proofs like pictures, call/chat logs, gifts receipts along with photocopies of those documents they requested earlier. And if your file is in London then you can also email them them or go for case specific inquiry.

If you know the location for your file, you should send them the requested documents again voluntarily

Many people who got correspondence in Jan 2014 did not hear anything from London yet. I think you should make a case specific inquiry to CHC London. It helped in some cases.

No one can give you the exact time frame. It may take from 2 weeks to 2 months to get your passport back. Why would yo u need leave from work anyway, you should be flying to Canada next day dude, you waited for 4 years man!:D

you must order notes. Dont listen to your lawyer, Notes will tell you where your file is or and you may have missed some email from CHC which only notes can tell you about. I found out through notes that my wife provided them the wrong email address in first place
