Can someone confirm what documents are required for a PR traveling from Canada to Pakistan?

is NICOP mandatory? or Pakistani passport and PR card is enough.. please confirm....

(Actually NICOP is expired and renewal is in process... so not sure if can travel or not)

if u have valid pakistani passport u dont need any thing at the time of arrival in pak

I'm a month after you (Sept 2012) and we are
also waiting for a remedical. My husbands medical was submitted Nov 2012 and has since expired nothing has been updated in ECAS since 2012.

Me too 've n't received remedical request even, though 1st medical was valid till Aug 2 , 2013.
Anyhow pray for all n I strongly believe that v all 'll receive good news very soon.

my friend just got Canadian certificate of citizenship for his child abroad in Pakistan.. he wants to know how to apply for his son's Canadian passport in Pakistan? his son was born in Pakistan last year and process of certificate took about 8 months and his wife's PR is still in process. Please answer if you know he doesn't want to waste anytime...

well they just have 2 days off 25 n 26 i don's think it will effect the processing times !

And also here me too still waiting since September2012 hvn't received re-medical request.I submitted my 1st medical on May 30th 2012 n I filled my Application on July 10th 2012 I received just AOR in end of September 2012 n after that nothing happened still yet.
My 1st medical was valid till May 30th 2012 its already expired since 6 months.

now the question is y they only give option to pick from 3 physicians only now?? before for islamabad i remember it was option to choose from 3-4 offices this time it's only 1.

Now my question is wife is pregnant and it's her 6 month.. Can the re-medical be done in this situation? am so worried someone told me they wont do medical exam, meaning chest x-ray or w.e if shes pregnant. has anyone gone through this situation or anyone knows any answer to this?

hey yes when i went there for medical one pregnant woman was there and what they did was done her medical expect chest x-ray which they said ll done later they prolly call someone in immigration office i m not sure though but book your appointment and get done with it asap
2ndly IOM is world organization which facilitate with medical exam for immigration etc and they have emedical facility with help of it your medical will be foward to chc-isl within 2 days so how cool is that lol

official holidays in US and canada is 25 26 dec and 1 jan but 25 26 is wed and thru and on friday they wont work much

My questions are:

How do I send the additional information? Through email or regular mail?

Also, the email says:

[Note: Please be advised that separate application forms for all male members of the family over the age of 15 and all females over the age of 18 are required.]

Does that mean that every member of my wife's family over 15 and 18 has to submit these forms? Or only the person being sponsored?
